When I first fell into the world of eLearning and instructional design, I had no clue what I was doing. I remember my very first project was to design and develop a series of five eLearning courses on how to catch shoplifters. And I’ll be 100% honest with you, I had no clue where to begin!
But I learned a lot about that experience. First, I learned that I was more capable than I initially thought. And second, I learned that in order to design and develop an eLearning course (or five of them), I needed to create and follow a standardized process for myself.
So, in this How-To Workshop, I'll walk you through the five steps of my eLearning design and development process. You'll explore how to plan your eLearning projects, how to write an eLearning storyboard, how to develop an eLearning course, how to make your eLearning course interactive, and how to implement an eLearning course.

Hi Tim! I love your videos. They help me a lot especially since I’m learning from scratch. One of the topics I’m currently stuck on is the Course Design Tree. Can you make a video explaining what is a course design tree (order of program,course,module, and lesson)? Sometimes I get confused with ID terminology. Thanks! :)
