You are amazing. I admire your courage and awareness.
COVID kindly forced elearning to my list of skills as an elementary educator. I love the creation piece and connection it nurtures for all learners. Thank you for bringing up impostor syndrome. So many of us are encouraged by it's dark roots and brought us out of our comfort zone. I'm working on seeing the light❤❤

Oh my gosh Tim! I love that you were a CJ major! Thank you so much for this video. I really enjoyed the chart showing the S shaped career curve. That is exactly where I am - I have left one and I'm trying so hard to become a eLDeveloper, except I *was* trained as a graphic artist who "s curved" into data. I guess I need to FITFO ;) Your videos always make me smile. Thank you for being authentic!

I started working in the industry 9 months ago and wow how I feel the same! New to eLearning and my company asked me to manage the projects, too! No idea how to work on projects in a team like that and so many new things! I relate so much to what you mentioned in this video. Thank you, Tim.

Thanks for sharing, Sarah! I’m glad it was helpful! What’s important is that you know that you’re not alone! Keep pushing forward and you’ll be just fine!

I'm loving this today! I'm not sure I've really pegged my "deep" skill level yet (1.5 years into my first full-time ID job) but you have me reflecting on what it might be. Hmmm. We just did the DiSC assessment at work which I had not done in a while so I redid my Myers-Briggs as well. They have shifted a bit from the last time I did both so I think assessing yourself is also a great idea to redo once and a while ;)

Thanks for sharing...it has been my experience that one's "deep expertise" changes and evolves over time.

Great video and very very relatable to my own story! The T-Shape understanding was eye-opening and made a lot of sense. #SCurves #FITFO #ImposterSyndrome

Bahahahaaaa! Made me LOL Mesa, AZ. That's where I already live and want to move someplace that's a little less like an inferno. Great video!

I hear ya! I actually live down here in Queen Creek. All I can say is that I’m happy we finally made it to a monsoon season!

@@elearningacdmy I used to live down there. My zipcode changed 3 times while I was living there. LOL It grew so fast, but I still like that area. Yes to monsoons! Now, if it would just rain.... LOL Saw on LindkedIn that you're going to be incommunicado next week. Have fun!!

Hey Tim I see you as a total expert in tools. What are your fav resources for development and design? I got started as a consultant 7 years ago

Thanks! For me, my favorite tools are Miro, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Envato Elements. Those are my must-have tools.
