  • IS NUTRITIONAL HAIR LOSS REVERSIBLE
it absolutely is because that's one of the benefits of having nutritional deficiency as your form of hair loss because you get the proper amount of nutrition back in your blood and all of a sudden your hair begins to grow normally sometimes it can be a little stubborn you may need to use monoxidal.
You may need to use low level laser therapy to actually kick start the hair regrowth depending on the length of time it's been gone but ultimately nutritional hair loss is completely recoverable make sure you get blood tests for vitamin d 3 serum zinc and ultimately you should know your blood type so you can eat an accordance to it the more you know the more you can make educated decisions to get the best results possible if you've got questions put them in the comments.

Some things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing hair ties because it causes tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to protect my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

It will be diffused in nutritional hair loss with severe shedding of hair and also hair becomes more dry brittle and breakage all over the scalp.....but if it is AGA you will be having recession in hairline and crown region and hair fall will be on gradual over time

Hello great content❤ I just have a question does chronic lack of sleep cause grey hair (not necessarily because of stress, just the lack of sleep and the blood circulation link) i have adhd so my lack of sleep doesn't have to do with being stressed as well. But i ve been sleeping like barelyy for two years, like barely how can i reverse the grey hairs and loss, im 17 btw. Please if somebody knows the answer, reply if possible.

My vit d3 levels were 9.8 ngl last week i check i am on weekly dose of vit d3 of 60000 i.u.

I was deficient in D3 at 12. I managed to move to it up to an optimal range. How much do you take per day?

Tablets alone can't help you ...manage to include proper diet with exercise and good sleep ...lots of tablets are there for weight loss is it possible to loss weight only with tablets ??? We have to change our lifestyle to loss weight similarly we have to adjust our lifestyle to overcome the deficiency

Honestly it takes a while to get it to a good level, you should wait 3-4 months for the supplements to even start to take place and maybe a few months after the first 3-4 initial months you will see some progress, in a years time it’s going to probably come back to the point where there’s no thin or bald patches, and ideally you should aim for 70mg
