this video is a core memory for me so i spent almost an hour searching through your old videos just to find this again lol. I vividly remember you eating these tiny candies that I badly want to try even until now ❤
I want to try it, it seems tasty! And the design is so cute!!~ But I think I'll be impatient and just eat the whole thing in once haha~ By the way, Emmy, I think in English "ぷちっと" means like a "snap" sound ^^
You are amazing sweetie. I see you in the marketing department, advertisment department, design department, goodness you could be any of those things and more. You are a natural! Something about you, I just love watching your video's. You give "details" like nobody else! Keep the video's rolling. Regards, Tasha
@HollyollyLollie - Aww, very cute. I think those kids are stars from a hit TV show called Maru Maru Mori Mori. If you have a chance you should watch the vid of the theme song (just YT the same name). It's was #1 on the charts for a spell; watch it & you'll see why.
This reminds me of that orange-zest chocolate stuff. It's the same size and texture as an actual orange and you bang it against a table and it splits into wedges
Not at all. Laffy Taffy is tougher and has an artificial flavor to it. Hi Chew has a more natural flavor and the fruity center is wrapped in a rice candy exterior. It is sold in the US at international Markets and some Japanese stores at malls.
I love the grape one it's soo good but I think that's because I've never tried the orange one before but I think maybe mitsuwa might get new stock package of candy do I will check on wednesday or Thursday
EMMY! Hello :D I found the japanese ad for this candy ^-^! It's so cute! You have to watch this :D I don't think I can put the link in the comments, but here is just the title of the video. 鈴木福 CM Kracie ぷちっとくだもの「ぷちっとダンス」篇
Now I know the secret of Asian discipline and determination. I'm not patient enough to pick my candy apart before I eat it. I will never be more than a grasshopper to Sensei. T_T
@lunareclips457 It depends. If there are any Asian supermarkets near your place. I also live in Canada, and where I live, there is this chain supermarket called T & T. They also have it in many Chinese markets. Hope that helps!
and AGAIN, I actually did take my time eating that candy, riping it ONE by ONE. Just wanted to make that clear, if you know, you didn't listen the first time. ^ ^ Not a westerner by the way.
I thought it was usually in katakana, but I've seen "puchitto" as a carryover of the word "petite". Does sound rather like it, anyway. So maybe that's what it is. :3
@gummibear280 I found the grape ones yesterday at the mitsuwa food court at NYC. I believe they also have it at the mitsuwa at The California's mitsuwa
