@ittykittiepie - Hey ittykittie, I can't post the links until after the video's uploaded. I just 'published' them using YT editor so they should show up momentarily. Thanks for the feedback :)
Just wanted to send you a thank you 🙏 😊 I originally found an interest in your videos because I was in search of learning more about Japan. I am mixed (Japanese & White) born and raised in California. My family isn't very traditional and the Japanese is slowly disappearing from our family line. So, thanks again for sharing your experiences and also thanks to the viewers that send in treats from other places.
Omg lol I watched this vid years ago and I think it looks so cool and nice so I spent about 2 years to find this😘😂, FINALLY FIND IT! I'm watching it in 2017
Tell me why..... I have never eaten any of the things in your videos, yet I can not stop watching you! Literally I have watched 25 videos today and that's all I have done today! Your incredible, and mesmerizing!
I think many kids eat the way you ate it. When I was small I never popped it to remove the casing but knead it until it gets soft and squeeze it out of the opening so we can enjoy it longer. I haven't eaten it for so long I forgot all about it until you mentioned how you ate it !
when i was little, department stores used to have a huge display table full of candy&snack(looks like a carousel and it spins very slowly too) and my mom always picked these. i was just watching mom's face&hand cause i couldnt reach the table. a happy memory.
I think the jelly is made with glutinous rice flour, and rice flour mixed together. My mom makes a type of Malaysian desert that is like that when combined with the two flours.
There's this really cool pudding inside that ballon too! It turns out as a solid first, then you mush it into a pudding. It taste so awesome, but it's in taiiiwannnnnnnnnn.........................
I found these at my market yesterday! =D I was so happy, I loved them. (I really enjoy sweet things) You were right, they went well with a side of mild oolong tea. Thank you, I would have walked right past them in the store if it wasn't for this video; I would have missed out on a great treat.
you said the wether was nice in japan but here (i live in sweden )its abaout 4 degrees celcius and a little bit of snow its really cold and we will probably have about 20- degrees in the middle of vinter so its very cold here
If you want flavors try looking for a manju shop in your town, one here in Sac that makes lemon, cherry, and other flavors of yokan on special days. (I think they just use shaved ice syrup.) I have seen flavored prepackaged ones but often the flavors are odd, like Sakura blossom. (yuck) Might be different in Japan vs here since here it is mostly older people eating it.
hey I was looking over your playlist and I noticed a pudding episode. Do you know something called pudi pudi? I'm always hearing about it -_- If you can find it pls make a video on it!
if you're curious about the food, you wouldn't notice what the packaging looks like. :) i wanna try this, i've seen different videos of these before but no one talked about what it was. thanks :)
Raining, but I live in Scotland. :P I love the balloon delivery system! But I'm not really into jellies. :( And it reminded me, texture-wise of the old jellies people did in copper moulds and stuff like that, heavy not so wobbly jelly. :P
To each their own. :) Any media always has a 'beauty lies in the beholder' type of thing, but I think humor has it above all. That, or I was just in laughing mood. :D
just a note: I think you've been forgetting to add the little links to the videos , cuz you point to a certain place in the video but there is no link:) just an observation that i've made from some of your vids..

@ajwiggins01 - Maybe? I haven't seen any other flavors but that doesn't mean that they don't exist.
Finally! I have seen a lot of videos of people popping these things but yet to see anyone eat them. :D Thank you.
@ChewbaccaBigSis - Oh yes, indeed. I love mochi & all of its permutations :)
"Sadist Tendancies" lmao - your so awesome!

Yay, a new Emmy vid. They look so good. Even with no distinct flavor they still look good. Thanks Emmy.
@JadenYukifan28 - Yeah, I'm pretty sure the balloon was made of latex.
I think many kids eat the way you ate it. When I was small I never popped it to remove the casing but knead it until it gets soft and squeeze it out of the opening so we can enjoy it longer. I haven't eaten it for so long I forgot all about it until you mentioned how you ate it !
@VanillaAnimations - So how did it taste?
"Fall is smashing here," "smashing"
At that, every time I look at Emmy I will think of Nigel Thornberry...

From where I am, I think it's called dodol. The way you describe it, it like the bubble tea pearl.....
