    Nice options to reduce grip and focus on triceps.
    Thanks for the reply regarding my hernia surgery.
    What little you said meant a lot for me to research and decide for myself how to move forward.
    It’s now booked and I’m excited to have the repairs done as without repairs I’m having steady physical and mental decline.
    I’m looking forward to a continued healthy life.
    Thanks for all the KB help and inspiration.
    I’m not ready for the easy chair and tv clicker yet…
