    You can build any parts of your body with kettlebells. So definitely legs although I do not like the sissy squat bar assisted since it puts too much unwanted stress in the knee joints. Kettlebells are the most underrated tools in the fitness community! Quote me on that ✔️

    I've been trying different low load movements to blast my legs after heavy low rep barbell squats. This looks absolutely amazing for that. I just rushed out in my garage to try out the somersault squat and I can tell immediately it's going to be part of normal programming. Liked and subscribed!

    It's funny you actually strung together my 3 favorite leg exercises into one workout, this is awesome! Also, the toes in variant looks great, I've been trying to build up the vastus lateralis and it def hits that spot nicely.

    • @kettlebellmusclegain

      I still love heavy weights and they give you a lot of density but you can definitely build muscle and size using stuff like this being consistent with less injuries

      I'm sorry, but you're wrong! Go do a 20 rep set with 225lbs back squat, it will blow you away!
      Ps.
      225lbs back squat isn't exactly HEAVY, but it is heavier than most anything you're likely to do with kettlebells. Kettlebells are great, and they're my preferred way to train, but that's Bec see if the conditioning element. For pure strength and gains, barbells and dumbbells are unmatched.

    • @kettlebellmusclegain
      @kettlebellmusclegain  Год назад +10

      I've done countless 20plus sets of 225. Years ago. Try a 2x48 set of KBs and see how many reps you can get ;) that's 212lbs. Close.

    • @gmil4172
      @gmil4172 Год назад +1

      @@a_fuckin_spacemarine7514 I'm talking about weights in numbers and rep ranges and not fitness equipment. Barbells are unmatchable but in combination with kettlebells is the training next level.

    Sissy squats are a banger, but add a resistance band spanish squats before. And they hit man, so hard. I love my calisthenics, but to get the most bang for my buck. The kettlebell hits that cardio and strength, and wether it's lifting weights, or bodyweight. The resistance band is an assistant or a helper... in adding even more pain to what already sucks lol.

    • @kettlebellmusclegain
