    I’ve been big in kettlebells recently. Has absolutely transformed my workouts and full body. Thanks for the videos covering them

    Excellent tutorial. As a CPT, and somebody who's incorporating kettlebells more and more, this was great.

    Nice vid.. I feel more comfortable with the concept of using kettlebells for my lower body. I don't feel beat or injured like I do with barbells. I also feel a lot more confident with my form.

    As always great stuff. Any reason you just put your heel and not the whole foot on the slant board?

      I would have to first look at what’s going on with your gait and assess movement before I through out a blanket prescription like do ATGs or anything corrective.

    Coach, when using slant board my full foot doesn’t feel enganges. Only the ball and heel. Is this normal? And does this change anything?

    • @PhilDaruStrong
      @PhilDaruStrong Год назад +3

      Try brining the foot off of the platform more and sit into your hips, this is normal but we also want to push from the entire foot not one side or the other

    You can't build that kind of size/mass with these exercises alone... let alone with that light weight KB... Great for endurance though...

      After 100 reps of each exercise, you will get mass and endurance. It’s how I got my legs bigger when the gyms were closed.
