    Good stuff, I like the kettlebell hammer curl in a deep squat position or prying squat curls. Love the music by the way, usually you get heavy metal music with bicep training videos. Haha.

    Can't wait to get back in the gym. Unfortunately, I pulled my hamstring yesterday trying to to push a 1250 lb pallet that was stuck with a pallet jack.

      @@Sam-vk8xd thanks. I can walk and bend it. I started about 5 weeks ago getting serious about my health, then I get a nasty cold. Then Monday, I yank the ham. I guess I am healing quickly. I can put weight on it. I just can't bend my leg when I lie down without pain.

      Not often. As jerks and snatch develop my arms just fine. I'm not currently bodybuilding

    When I switched to kettlebells after ten years of "regular" bar training my arms grew 3 cm (1.2 inches) in a year just by doing swings, cleans, and snatches alone. oO

      Yes I wanted ones people normally dont do. And those are similar to the spider curls but youre right, a good one!
