Its been 3 weeks since she left and im on day 9 of no contact. The words "we're never getting back" were probably the most painful words ive ever heard her say. Its almost like she was another person and that hurt even more. Im trying to stay strong but everytime i feel myself trying to let go it only drags me down further. The last words she said to me before blocking me were "I love you too". Im in turmoil and trying to push forward. I was saving money without her knowing to buy be able to buy a home for us. I never told her and the whole time i was sacrificing dates and vacation trips to reach that goal and surprise her. I knew it was dwindling and i started doing little things for her but i was already too late. Ive never in 39 years felt the way i do right now and never knew all the things i now know about her and myself. I guess the moral of the story here is to just focus on the moment in front of you.

I have tried avoiding fights over and over again but that builds up inside and then you blow. Sometimes you love someone and still have to let go even if you don't want to.

Coach, I have done the whole process. No contact, work on myself, a well thought out accountability letter sent and well received. I don’t know where to go from here. No contact was ended as I felt ready and sent the letter. I don’t know what to do next as I don’t want to ruin all my hard work by making a silly mistake. I feel good again but never whole. There are no videos I can find on after the accountability letter either. Thank you for all your help so far, don’t know where I would be without this team personally !
Louise did he/she respond to the letter? If not I would just go back into no contact... I’m not sure where you read about this accountability letter but there’s probably a reason why you don’t see much about it... it’s not a good idea. You already sent it though so if he hasn’t responded just go back into no contact and wait until he does.. Laura what do you mean by good? First of all, you shouldn’t have reached out to him. No contact means no contact no matter what..so going forward make sure he is the one to reach out first. Also, please don’t wait around hoping he’s going to,contact... you kind of set yourself up for that never ending cycle of “when is he going contact” ... a constant stream of hope... try to move on.. if he contacts great if not you will feel better. I’m 4 months no contact...I’ve come to terms with the fact that I will,probably never hear from him again... I feel so much better about it now but it took me about 3 months... now I’m like eh... was helped me was staying away from all his social media accounts... This is a long comment tho. I was a subscriber here and just now my ex called me in skype after months of break up and NC. Weve been together for 10 years and 6 years married with a lovely daughter who is 2 years old. Is there a chance of getting her back if she has a potential relationship. Coach, I have done the whole process. No contact, work on myself, a well thought out accountability letter sent and well received. I don’t know where to go from here. No contact was ended as I felt ready and sent the letter. I don’t know what to do next as I don’t want to ruin all my hard work by making a silly mistake. I feel good again but never whole. There are no videos I can find on after the accountability letter either. Thank you for all your help so far, don’t know where I would be without this team personally !
Louise did he/she respond to the letter? If not I would just go back into no contact... I’m not sure where you read about this accountability letter but there’s probably a reason why you don’t see much about it... it’s not a good idea. You already sent it though so if he hasn’t responded just go back into no contact and wait until he does.. Is it too late for me to start non contact ? We are three months after the breakup but we have still been seeing eachother and talking. I Feel like he is already moving on so am I at the point now where if I don’t talk to him he will fully move on or will he still miss me ?

After 3 weeks of no contact i reached out to him. To ask him if he in the future wants to stay in touch. Not often. But once in a while contacting eachother. Now i am going forward with my life until contact comes. It comes when it comes. Is this good?
Laura what do you mean by good? First of all, you shouldn’t have reached out to him. No contact means no contact no matter what..so going forward make sure he is the one to reach out first. Also, please don’t wait around hoping he’s going to,contact... you kind of set yourself up for that never ending cycle of “when is he going contact” ... a constant stream of hope... try to move on.. if he contacts great if not you will feel better. I’m 4 months no contact...I’ve come to terms with the fact that I will,probably never hear from him again... I feel so much better about it now but it took me about 3 months... now I’m like eh... was helped me was staying away from all his social media accounts... ALL OF THEM and NO PEEKING..not once.. no contact, no sad songs and take him down of any pedestals you have him on... good luck :)

This is a long comment tho. I was a subscriber here and just now my ex called me in skype after months of break up and NC. I just answer the call when the notification of this video pop up and I was like in my mind "Gosh is this a sign?" I wasn't wrong!!! He told me that he don't want to be with me anymore and I should find someone else because he is falling in love to someone (They are still NOT dating yet.) BTW we were LDR and we never met in person yet for how many years and the person he is falling in love to is mutual friend so they already hangout in some gathering. He told me that he still care for me but there is no romantic love anymore. What should I do? Should I give up already? My guy came to visit me from out of state in feb. we had the most amazing time but towards the end of his trip he just disappeared without even saying goodbye or texting me. I left it alone and never asked what happened, I literally went radio silent and matched him. I’m on day 26 of no contact and still haven’t heard from him. Is that bad or still too soon?
