I played Skyrim mostly to explore, but the storywriting wasnt as beautiful so once ive done a quest one time i just skip all the dialogue and be done with it. With the Witcher its still so much fun to indulge into the conversations even the 3rd time around
Absolutely. There are other games I love a lot too and have played even more than Witcher 3 but this is a true masterpiece, story writing, long gameplay and getting to know your characters and caring about them to the very end of the game or end of their character arcs. Even after some characters were written off the story you wondered whatever happened to them. I have found myself liking almost only the games that have actually a good soundtrack, music makes so much up to the feeling of the game.
The feeling of absolute isolation. The loneliness after finishing the main story and spawning into Kaer Morhen in front of the Keep. I'll never forget that feeling. Vesemir, dead. Eskel, gone to greener grasses farther afield. Lambert, leaving and never looking back at the ruin he hated so much. It's just you. Just Geralt. And the wind, the crumbling stone. The birds in the trees and the river flowing in the valley. It all just compounds the loneliness, the absolute nothing that follows the life-or-death stakes of the final battle off the coast of Undvik. Yeah, you saved Ciri, and she saved the world - but at what cost? That feeling of consequence, of utter misery and gut-wrenching goodbyes. That, to me, will always be the Witcher 3.
Get the good ending with Ciri as a Witcher, and you will have her too. Good thing Blood and Whine exists, so that Geralt to get his well deserved good ending (for me it's with Yen besides).

Yeah completely agree. I wish CD Projekt Red would've made another Witcher game like this. Idk why they decided to make Gwent a thing. Who even likes Gwent? I'd avoid all the Gwent quests in the game
@@Lulabellexd bruh, seriously? Gwent is pretty amazing once you get to know how to play it, it also appeared in the books. I’m glad that they created such an advanced card game instead of continuing dice poker from previous games. Try to learn the rules of gwent and you’ll see how addictive it is! I finished the quest collect ‘em all, have spent many hours in gwent and still didn’t get bored with it
Agreed. I searched for another worthy RPG - tried FF15 and played like 3 hours. Never bothered to turn it on again. I'd rather, and will soon, just do another playthrough of Witcher 3.
I can tell you how the Witchers are able to meditate in their long life adventures. It's because wherever they go, they take an essence of culture, the people, and even the monsters that used to nest there and remember it all calmly sitting under a tree in the forest or cave.
This probably sounds crazy, but I was riding home from work on my bike at night, listening to this music at 10 min in bats started to follow me they were attracted to the sounds! Really felt like the witcher world😂
This game captured my heart during summer break in 2016. It was the first game I played on my new gaming pc, and after 7 years and more than 300 games later, it is still my no. 1. Ambient music: **exists**
**Runs into bandits**

ost from skellige are the best and my most favorite i could just sit and listen to them all day long
Same.
I absolutely love the last part of this video, the Wolf and the Swallow, the story of Gerald and Ciri! Well done!
That first piece of music is really my favorite! So soothing and touching
Witcher 3 ruined gaming for me. NOTHING will ever come close to the experience it provided.
Same lmao. When I see a new rpg game I always say wow its cool but is it as good as witcher 3?
Yeah completely agree. I wish CD Projekt Red would've made another Witcher game like this. Idk why they decided to make Gwent a thing. Who even likes Gwent? I'd avoid all the Gwent quests in the game
@@Lulabellexd bruh, seriously? Gwent is pretty amazing once you get to know how to play it, it also appeared in the books. I’m glad that they created such an advanced card game instead of continuing dice poker from previous games. Try to learn the rules of gwent and you’ll see how addictive it is! I finished the quest collect ‘em all, have spent many hours in gwent and still didn’t get bored with it
@@Lulabellexd Gwent is fire
Agreed. I searched for another worthy RPG - tried FF15 and played like 3 hours. Never bothered to turn it on again. I'd rather, and will soon, just do another playthrough of Witcher 3.
No,I’m not crying.You crying
Masterpiece CDPR
These are some seamless transitions.. best compilation out there by miles
I can tell you how the Witchers are able to meditate in their long life adventures. It's because wherever they go, they take an essence of culture, the people, and even the monsters that used to nest there and remember it all calmly sitting under a tree in the forest or cave.
Hits you everytime... Amazing piece of art
Spikeroog music will always be my favourite when i heard it for the first time i just stood there forgot about the quest its just that good
I’ve listened to this countless times at this point. It’s helped me so much and always brings the good emotions out of me. Thank you so much.
heard the first tracks..falling in love with it.
9:17 OMG ♥
Fields of Ard Skellige (Midnight) is also great. Just WOW. Witcher has a perfect soundtrack when u studying or something ❤
The best music on the Skellige territory
WOAH
I personally love the An Skellig and Spikeroog isles the most. Feels like i could spend the rest of my life there.
This probably sounds crazy, but I was riding home from work on my bike at night, listening to this music at 10 min in bats started to follow me they were attracted to the sounds! Really felt like the witcher world😂
😂💚
were you playing it on a portable speaker?

@@elijah_oofoof8891 Γεια σου! Η Έλλαδα είναι η καλύτερη!
Everyone has confirmed my worst fear. You feel empty inside and gaming just isn't the same.
this game and its music hold a special place in my heart
This game captured my heart during summer break in 2016. It was the first game I played on my new gaming pc, and after 7 years and more than 300 games later, it is still my no. 1. There have been lots of amazing games ive played during that time, but none of those experiences quite as vivid as tw3. It is truly like lightning in a bottle.
A very comparable game in my top 5 is Enderal, a total conversion mod of skyrim. Give it a try if youre looking for something similar
Field of Ard Skellig is the most suitable track for Skellige. Hell, it's the best musical match for a game area bar none.
The Ard Skellige music is so damn great I turned down the volume on everything else and just left the music on. I always look forward to fast traveling back to Skellige just for the music. The atmosphere is the best ever.
Skellige music I just pure joy, I love it
Walking through hills in scotland listening to this is actual fucking bliss. I wish all of you can experience something similar. ❤
Right in the feels, man.. This game was one of my first RPG's and tbh it kinda ruined the ones I played after. What a joy this game was.
Thanks for helping me to finish writting my thesis, even when it was soooo long during the night
Why do i have tears coming out of my eyes upon hearing the music?
Great relaxing sound.. Replayed all.
12:02 is pure magic 😍
