Ahh I remember my story with The Witcher. I bought first game many years ago on the discounts. As my friend told me it was a nice game, and I never heard of it before. It was on my account for a long time, I played other titles. Then I got really bored once. And I started it. Then I have read all 9 books. Bought The Witcher 2 as sson as possible, and played it on my very old PC, on lowest details possible, still laggy. But I managed to finish it. And yet before The Witcher 3 was released I promised myself to get ready for the launch. I worked hard, did a lot of overtime and I saved enough to build a monster PC. When the third Witcher came out I played it on ultra straight away. Since then I'm in love with the universe, I have all the books on my shelf forever. I own Wolf's medalion as well. One at home and one in my car.
You went full Monty mate! Now you have a NetFlix series to look forward to. Ever watch the Witcher series from Polish TV , circa 2002ish? Not that bad ... save the hilarious dragon special effects.
@@jasondulin7376 There is one more book, not sure about it's English name, it's called "Maladie" here. It's a set of short stories, and 2 of them are related to The Witcher saga. One is about Geralt's of Rivia parents (Visenna and Korin) and other one shows Geralt's and Yennefer wedding. Other stories in the book are not The Witcher related. There is even one more book, not written by Sapkowski but fans, it was officialy approved though, tells stories of various characters from the universe. Name is "Claws and fangs", not sure if it's out in other than Polish language.
@@fist_lorderino Hearts of Stone was a long series of excellent quests with an amazing story line and great villains. It was better than 90% of DLC out there for any game.
Toussaint is such a bright and vibrant country compared to the rest of the game. I was honestly taken aback when I first rode in on Roach into that mill where that cyclops was. And the music is so calming yet energetic is some songs. The blood and wine DLC is one of my favorite DLC’s of all time hands down.
This is what happens when a Development team takes their vision and makes it into something amazing. I can only hope that others see this game and what it accomplished and get inspired to make their own stories.
that feeling of me never had played Witcher, but always listening the soundtracks, -and of other soundracks- and then some day actually getting to play or watch the movie and be like ehhh I know that song, I missed the whole thing all along
Makes me feel so warm and lovely, this music. All the toussaint/beauclair music does. Very little of it thats not beautiful and vibrant. The land of love and wine
Out of all the music I have ever heard (and lots a lot of game music/classical music), I have never heard such a cute melody as 7:50 .. I can’t get over how lovely it is
I found this channel a few hours ago. Having played it through on ps4 a couple of years ago listening to this and looking at the gorgeous screenshots as I work . I finally succumbed and just bought it on steam for my new gaming pc. Looking forward to maxing this out and playing through again once it downloads . Kudos to this channel!
You mean Triss. Triss is the real deal. For all we know, Yen is just an old, deformed hunchback witch masking her appearance; and let's not forget that for the most part, Yen is just bossing you around. Triss is a true sweetheart.
I remember playing this game for the first time. Critics were praising the game so I bought it to see what all the hype about was. At first it was boring but the game grew on me. I fell in love with the world and the characters. Wish I could replay the game but stick drift makes it unplayable. So I had no choice but to delete the game 😔
@@patrickstar7970 I chose Yen each time, went through every side quest, but still it seems Yen never turned up at the end. I don't know what else to do
Should be included in a soundtrack list for blood and wine's gwent music. You'll find it here as well from 2min19 ruclips.net/video/LX5ToaaOWUY/видео.html
Coming to this city for the first time was one of the best feelings, undiscribeble

@@Zygmunt-Zen Yes! I watched. Both tv series, and director's cut film. Honestly I must say the best thing was the Geralt's actor, Michał Żebrowski. :)

The transition from the country soundtrack to the city soundtrack absolutely mesmerized me.
