Excellent
I spent a boat load of money on 4 of these. Engineered by an A-hole.
Could you explain what issues you are encountering? Then we can provide assistance! Or email us support@luminodecor.com.
So you hid what you did with the blind. How does that help?
Can you elaborate on what you mean by we hid what we did with the blind?
i have been trying to install these blinds for two days now, inside mount, 35" wide. I CANNOT get the blind to latch onto the top brackets. I am at my wits end and ready to cry.
The brackets for this product would allow for the product to slide into place and not latch. Feel free to call us at 1-877-687-2796.
I bought 7 new Lumino Cordless 2in Flat Slat Faux Wood Blinds and 3 outta 7 (2 in box still unused) had the line snap when pulling them back down, And let me remind you these are gentle soft pulls, no tugging or agression. The line just snaps and the blind will just hang down. For $50 a blind im disappointed!
I am sorry to hear that. Please contact us via support@luminodecor.com!
I recommend not buying Lumino cordless blinds, I had the tension cord snap on 3 of the blinds that I hung out of 5 (2) still in the box that im afraid to even use because what's the point with them breaking so easily.
The tension seems to build after a few times of going up and down with them. I was gently moving them back down when all 3 have snapped over the past year.
I called customer service although polite had no resolution for me due to me buying them at hardware store like menards a few years back and now this last year just getting around to hanging them due to busy work schedule and putting them off.
I was trying to fix them, not hard to figure out, but after getting on the phone with customer service they mentioned that if the tension cord snapped or went into the top entirely they are garbage altogether essentially. What kind a product can't even be fixed? Lumino blinds are something I'd stay away from when I make my next purchase for new blinds (again)
@@DJPatronSCM Again, I do apologize that there was nothing I could do to assist, but it had been 3 years since date of purchase. Menards only has a 30 day return policy and requires all returns/exchanges go through them. We have a one year warranty attached to the products, but sadly you were 2 years past the end of the warranty.
It's more the quality of your product and how you stand behind it as a company.
I have no issue dishing out the $150 elsewhere through a different purveyor moving forward, and I have 6 other windows to buy blinds for yet but they won't be from Lumino!
It's how your company acted on the situation and used the rules are rules policy when these are apparently cheaply made to begin with or defective at that matter.
I'm sure cost wouldn't have dented your company's profits to retain a repeat customer to buy the 6 other blinds I need to grab yet for my house (Q.A.) 🤦♂️
Your right I should have put the blinds up as soon as I bought them, but my work schedule was ridiculous 2 year back and they sat in the box in my spare bedroom for a year.
I work in sales and customer service is huge, poor execution by Lumino on this matter. I do wish the woman I spoke to on the phone well though. She was very curtious on answering all my questions but went right to the customer handbook and had no will to make it right because clearly it was rules and profits matter on Lumino's end.
I reccomend shopping with a different blind company moving forward!
