Enjoyed the reaction dude. Check the end of the trailer, that is the US trailer you watched ;) Also, I highly recommend watching the previous Japanese Godzilla film, Shin Godzilla (2016). It had a similar premise - Japan vs Godzilla, but set in modern times. No main characters, depicted more like a political horror thriller.
Oh cool! I didn’t know that this was coming out , so I finished your vid and looked up the pic . It’s coming on December 1st here in the states or North America I believe. The article went on to say it’s more or less a reboot, ignoring the other movies and take it from his first appearance in Japan after WWII and have elements of horror. Godzilla isn’t going to be the good guy he is going to be an animal on a rampage . Thanks for the heads up Dean !!
Fun fact: Takashi Yamazaki the director of this film is a big fan of Godzilla, he also featured Godzilla as cameo in "Always: Sunset on Third Street" on 2005 and he is the director of "Godzilla the Ride: Giant Monsters Ultimate Battle" which have same design for Godzilla in this film
Where Shin Godzilla takes place in modern Japan, Godzilla Minus One is a period piece that sets after the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki hence the title. It is a remake of the original 1954 Gojira for its 70th anniversary.
Expect it to be subtitled not not dubbed I can't wait I will hopefully find something here in the Massachusetts area where I can watch it I am expecting least very decent coverage especially where many movies are getting pushed back thanks to the writers strike I've been a Godzilla fan since 1975 watching it here in Massachusetts on creature double feature much like you had your Washington State playing the old Godzilla movies and yes I am so excited I also have to say the shin Godzilla recommendation that you had gotten from one of the other responses here absolutely watch it it's one of the best Godzilla movies in the franchise
Love the quality of your video bro, Quick question how did you not get copyrighted for this trailer reaction did you change the auto or video or something?
Love that one. You should check out Shin Godzilla from 2016 if you haven't. A little more out there but similar to 1984 and Minus One where Godzilla is a destructive force of nature.
If you haven’t watched Shin Godzilla please watch it the monsterverse by legendary was cool and all but i’m even more glad that the Japanese or Toho is taking the reins now for the new Godzilla films Shin Godzilla and Godzilla Minus one are films that take Godzilla back to its 1954 roots.
Loved Shin Godzilla. As a Godzilla and EVA fan it was the perfect blend. Was hoping for a sequel eventually but this new one looks awesome, though less experimental.
The original intent of Godzilla was an allegory representing what the Japanese consider the 3rd atomic attack on Japan, a test in the Pacific the inundated Japanese fishing waters irradiating the crew of a fishing trawler. Legendary Films changed this into ancient alpha predators that have been around for millions of years. How...convenient! Do your research, read the histories of Tokusatsu.

Oppenheimer should play the mad scientist who summoned Godzilla.
I’m definitely doing a double feature day December 1st. Watch Oppenheimer at the crib and then go to the theater for Minus One

This feels like 1954 Godzilla with modern casts
That's classic old school! ❤❤❤

Nope a lot of companies want the reactions so they don’t copyright anything.
Yes that's classic!❤❤❤😊😊😊
reminds me of Godzilla 1985. maybe bambi will be in this one also?
BEST GODZILLA SINCE 1984 🇯🇵

I personally shin was better than the nineteen eighty-five 1 my personal opinion and this looks to be as good if not better than shin
The best godzilla film ever!
So classic old school!❤❤❤

The trailer was perfect it didn’t reveal the whole movie. American movie trailers always reveal too much and don’t need to see movie.
Very true!

They drop a nuke? If do that’d be totally dope
