Hi Mandy. I was denied before twice for my J1 Visa application in the Philippines 214b. A lot of things has changed since then. Now I got hired by a cruise company and really excited for this great opportunity for my career. I am aware I’m going to apply for a C1D visa sometime in September or October. Do you think my J1 visa denial will affect my C1D visa application?
Hi Mandy. My parents (57 and 61 years old) have a permanent immigration to the US lined up but problem is they don't speak a word of English. Will it be grounds for visa rejection when the embassy calls them in the coming months? We are from Bangladesh.
Hi Ma'am Mandy, any tips for a J-1 Trainee visa interview? I heard rumors that if the applicant has already 5years working experience or more, the visa officer will automatically deny and tells the applicant that he/she have already too much of work experience. Is this true? Because it contradicts the information stated in the Bridge Program website of US govt.
Hi, I had a US visa before and traveled 3 times from and to USA. Moreover, I have visited EU and many other countries for business purpose. Recently, I applied again for USA visa for a real and true business trip, with all required official supporting documents. Yes, my application was denied (refused)!! I deeply appreciate if you help me to know what could be the denial and what to do next time to get approval. Thank you in advance.
Hi Ehab, I'm sorry that you are in this situation. Please book a session with me at www.zfvisa.com and I look forward to helping you. Once you book a session with you, you will receive an automated e-mail that will prompt you to complete a visa questonnaire. You are welcome to attach any documentation you would like me to review prior to our session.
I already spent $150 for a lawyer for consultation about my special situation & i got very vague answers . want to book one with you but im afraid that might happen again specially since in my country $400 is alot of money
What are the chances of approval if there was a B1 denial in 2019 and currently L1B is being filed? Same company for the last 5 years. Please help mam.

I have been to CNMI, a US territory, years ago. When being asked the question, “have you been to the US”, should I answer yes? Or does the question pertain to mainland US only? Hoping for your response.
Hi, medam this is Rajkumar sirra. Iam from India. I am a gospel preacher in India. I have a friends in USA. They want to invite me to their houses. I have a passport. Now how to get visa and what type of visa will I get? Please help me medam. Thank you very much medam.
I am currently on my H1B and my workplace is working on my Green card (EB2). My parents' B2 visa got rejected recently. They for sure didn't present themselves well. Since the first refusal about 3 weeks ago my boyfriend who is an American has mentioned that he would like to get my parents permission and get engaged when my parents come here. Would mentioning something like an engagement in my parents' next interview be okay or do you think it would back fire on us? (assuming my parents will do everything else right in presenting themselves and communicating their intent to return to home country). I would really like to know your opinion on that. Thanks 😊
@@ZFvisa Thanks. So assuming my parents will prepare well and present themselves right, do you think we should just say the purpose of travel is just to visit the daughter or attend my engagement? (both aren't false)
Ma'am you are the best, ma'am I have a question i am applying for us j1 program and I went to France 2 time so i have a travel history of a European country ma'am will it make my visa interview success rate high?
I am in US on H1B. I am an only child and don't have any siblings. But my parents have strong ties to the home country with their jobs and extended family. I want my parents to come and visit me. If they clearly communicate about their ties to the visa officer are they still gonna lean towards denying their visa because their only child is in the US? Also, if I am sponsoring their trip financially, is that a red flag?
I have been refused entry once in 2019, because of return ticket requirement. Do I need to add it in removal/deportation question? Because as I understand entry refusal is not the same as deportation or removal.
@@ZFvisa I have never been denied in US. It was in Malaysia. Sorry I didn’t put that information before. I was refused entry to Malaysia because I didn’t have a return ticket. But I wanted to only go Singapore via Malaysia where I had my work visa.
It depends on the reason why you were denied, and you can only find out after describing your situation to a former Visa Officer who can help you assess and let you know the reason. Sometimes I recommend for people to reapply right away, other times it's better to wait. It just depends on the reason.
That means you've been denied. So you will need to apply again. Since you've been denied before, expert help will be important if you hope to pass next time.
