Hi I got approved 2 days ago my interview was pretty quick and I wanted to say thank you. I watched a view of your videos day before and managed to secure my visa.
1st update :- You can apply for US F1 visa 365 days prior to the start of your program that but you still can't enter USA 30 days before the start of your program date. 2. The fees for DS-160 has been increased from 160$ to 185$. Now 5 TIPS 1. Don't give one word answer at your F1 - Visa interview. The first question the visa officer is going to ask you is with some variations. Why are you going to study in USA? Do not talk about irrelevant things. Answer should be informational and helpful and do not ramble. 2. Do not memorize responses? Have in mind top 5 things you want to say? They are experienced and they can quickly catch you. 3. Establish a connection with the visa officer. Look them in the eyes. Look comfortable and Confident. Sometimes, visa officer is typing and not lookig at you but still you should do your best.

Listening to the officers questions and establish that you are being authentic and your answer is distinctive. 4. Don't change you school because it is not going to help you. Just prepare better for visa interview. 5. Prepare to explain your funding. If you have a sponsor that's paying for you? What your relationship and why he is going to fund you? Develop a context. Remeber, if you will not satisfy him/her, he is going to fill in the blanks himself.

Thanx. I have given f1 interview twice, both rejected, now preparing for 3rd. In my 2nd interview my Consular Officer asked ‘How many I-20s do you have/where all did you apply/How many acceptance (as I recall)’
Hello Mandy. Just stumbled upon your content, it's really enlightening. Thank you. I have been denied twice and i have a 3rd interview coming up soon. My problem is that i stutter, which gets worse when i am tensed, and the interview environment is really tensed. (1) How do COs attend to applicants who stutter, do they automatically presume suspicion? Because in my last interview the CO didn't even make an effort to properly hear my answer, like asking me to repeat myself. He just took the little he could hear (which wasn't great if taken as a standalone answer w/out the complete answer) and typed on his computer (2) What is your advise for approaching this interview as a stutterer? I really tried to calm myself on that day but to no avail. I crumbled. Thank you.
Hi Mandy, thank you very much; the tips I learned from your videos really helped me with my interview, and I got my J-1. My program is fully sponsored by the U.S. Department of State (Fulbright). Also, the program fully sponsors my dependents, and I've received the DS-2019 for all of them. Due to closure of the U.S. Embassy in my home country, they need to apply to a U.S. Consulate in a third country. I appreciate your advice in this regards so that they can well prepare for their interview.
In 2013, my B-1 visa application was denied, followed by a denial of my F1 visa application in 2022. I had applied for the F1 visa from the country where I completed my undergraduate degree and was employed at the time. Additionally, my mother currently resides in the US under the "withholding of removal" status, and my brother has faced five rejections for a B-1 visa. Now, I have received admission to one of the top universities in the USA and I am considering reapplying for an F1 visa from my home country. Both of my rejections was under 214(b). Given these circumstances, what are the chances of my visa being approved this time?

However, I want to ask what's your advice for me on the fact that I've got a younger brother in the same school I've been given acceptance to study for my Ph.D.? My younger brother will be completing his Master's programme in Spring 2024 and return to my home country for a well-paid job and get married; while I will be resuming in the same school in Spring 2024.

Hi Mandy, can you please make a video on the Uk students visa to justify the gap .
I don’t help with UK visas, only US visas
Hi Mandy, thanks a lot for this. I was wondering, if I'm going as a PhD student and have been granted a graduate teaching assistantship which pays for my tuition and pays me a monthly stipend to cover living expenses, do i still need to provide a bank statement from a sponsor or the assistantship is sufficient in that case?
I need an answer to this. Please what's your answer or what answer were you given?
Lots of love and respect ma'am ❤🎉
Thank you
If an F2 Visa applicant suffers from breast cancer and has to prevent from reengagement by post treatment specific safety procedures, would this clarification alongside with an official letter authorized by her oncologist in first country, be a reputable evidence that she will not try to change her Visa to F1 at US, since her major is chemistry?
Will this illustration persuade the officer?
When explaining about the funding can I say my parents are the sponsor?? Even tho I have my father as the sponor in my docs?
Hello Mandy,
Do we have to say that we are planning to come back to our country after finishing our high school studies during our f1 visa interview for high school? I was wondering if you could make a video for high school.
Thanks,
Thanks for the idea, will add it to my list!
Hey!! Thank u so much mam for this imformative video..i want you to tell me something more about what would the visa officer want to know from a student..i'll be very thankful to you if you could reply me ❤
Hi Mandy, i was denied an F1 visa because my immediate family (Mom, Brother and sister) resides in the US. I want to reapply, but i fear this might still affect my chances of getting an approval?
I would be eternally grateful to you if i get a response to this.
Can u help with 10 questions of US visa for B2
Please talk about reapplying after 214b refusal, and best way to present that i have a new job offer at my country after finishing short esl course
When you are denied a Canadian visa on the basis of misrepresentation, how does that affect your US visa interview?
Hie Mandy .what exactly do l have to present on my DS I-20 on the section why were you refused and also how to answer the Question what changed in from your previous interview .
Without expert help, it’s better to just say the section for which you were denied a visa, like “denied under section 214(b)”
Hi Mandy for how long can I wait for another schedule visa interview after refusal
@@movedbythespirit It depends on why you were denied.
Thank you Mandy how to I clarify 214b
mandy, 8:28. Does the balance on the statement presented at the interview play a part in a denial/approval? When a (business) statement has a lot of money passing through the account but at the time of printing, the balance doesn't cover the total cost of attendance. Is it a point for a visa denial? Thank you.
