    Thank you, Shelley, for featuring our Pomkins.
    You mentioned the Cinch Guide, which now comes with every order, at no extra charge. It really does help you make the opening exactly the right size.
    We also include some free samples of our fun little Tail-kins in every order.
    Your beanie is stunning, as usual, and your support is a blessing.

      Bought some of your pomkins. They are great. You sent some extra little things with the order. I not sure what there for.

      Debra, the rectangle with 2 holes is the Cinch Guide that Shelley mentioned. As you cinch the beanie closed, place the Guide in the opening to make sure you don't pull it too tight *Sam actually measured to be sure!!!
      The other items are free samples of Tail-kins we wanted you to enjoy. We always toss a few extras in every order, because we appreciate your ssupport ❤

    I saved this video so i can try the pattern. I am still waiting on my machines to arrive. I am gathering patterns and videos on things to try. Hats will be first. I have been ordering supplies as well. Seeing it done is so much easier to understand. You make wonderful, easy to understand videos. I can't wait to get started.

    I do not have a problem if a pattern goes slightly ‘adrift’. My daughter often says ‘if you live with it, then it is fine’. I will only undo and reknit something if it is glaringly obvious. Thank you so much for your videos they are clear and easy to follow. My addi machines have arrived and now I will be on a learning curve. I am not on FB so I won’t be joining your group.

    Hi Shelley! Unsure of what I did wrong. I did my first row of A & B thought all was going well and when I switched to row A as I turned the crank all my stitches fell off the needles. Gonna rip it all out and start over. If you see this and know my mistake would appreciate your input. Thanks

    This is beautiful and your videos are always so wonderful and easy to understand!
    I was wondering, if I were to make an extra row of the fair isle, what round would you start that on?

    • @koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet
      @koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet  8 месяцев назад

      You could start the patterning on any row. It would look great to have the fair isle start right after the brim and repeat the pattern till the end. If you wear it as a slouchy beanie (brim down) it would be gorgeous.

    Because I’m used to my Sentro cranking on the right and having the yarn guide in front of me, I have the iPad on my sewing table on my right, then I get up and face the machine as you are in order to see what exactly you’re doing! Lol…someone please tell me I’m not the only one having to do this? Should I place a mirror in front of me? I messed up the first beanie’s pattern just for this….😵‍💫

      Sorry it is hard for you. I took a poll within my FB group asking people if I should change the angle and it was a resounding no. It’s hard to know what to do.

    Hi Shelley! For a toddler size beanie (100 rows) and a child size beanie (120 rows) on which rows should I do the second color? 🙏🏼

    • @koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet
      @koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet  6 месяцев назад

      That is a hard question to answer because there are many options.
      Mid point on the 100 is row 50. Determine how many rows wide you want the brim to be and let’s say it’s 14 rows. Then do 64 rows in one colour and 36 in the other. Then when you fold up the brim it’s a different colour.
