Sucks that the MVP voters decided to collectively vote against Jokic instead of just voting for who deserved MVP, everyone involved just looks foolish now.
Exactly, but the Sixers quit in what was probably their biggest game in franchise history (if it even was to begin with). No matter who advanced, both teams deserved to lose when you look at the series as a whole; but Tatum (whom the Sixers could've had) easily had the biggest game of his life and put the 76ers to royal shame - such to the point it humiliated Embiid and Harden along with exposing Doc Rivers for who he really is - once again.
Quote: Years ago A former KC Chiefs quarterback said " I can't throw it and catch it too' That quote was more classic than Joel's quote, considering it was back in 2001 or 2002.
Did you guys watch the game? In a nutshell the Celts won with DEFENSE! A suffocating defense that prevented the Sixers from getting any momentum. And Embiid must be hurt, he never left his feet defending Tatum's 3 point shots! There was no impede by Embiid!
This show is great! You could get these three talking about a marathon race between a sloth, a slug, a tortoise, a snail, and Usain Bolt....and they'd make it fun and interesting!
It's hilarious watching all these media folks scrambling to justify their MVP vote by throwing Harden under the bus😂 you wouldn't even be in a game 6 or 7 without Harden or Maxey's playoff heroics.
Philly should run it back for one last time. Keep Doc, keep Daryll Morey, keep Harden. Improve on Maxey and Embiid. Get on the trade market with Tobias Harris. He needs to be gone and get some bench strength and Philly is ready to go on for the finals.
i thought The Ringer had an interesting observation, that Harden's repetitive offensive style allows him to be great early in the series. But by the end, he doesn't have enough variation in his offense to fool the other team anymore, and they're able to shut him down. interesting theory, anyway

I love that Wildes told Bru what we were all thinking at the end. He picked the Nets and the Warriors preseason. Boston doesn't count as anything close to an original pick. He's been exactly as wrong as Nick has.
Nah Nick picked a team that didn't even make the play-in without any significant injuries. That's an all-time fail lmao.
@@youtuber_00786no injuries, but did trade for the world's biggest cancer at the deadline which Nick did say likely wouldn't work.
@@youtuber_00786 they traded any defensive ability to be great at one half of basketball.
@@youtuber_00786 And Bru picked the Nets. A team that doesn't even exist anymore. That is equal to the Mavs failure in my eyes.
@connor_phillipz5689 these other 2 guys at least brought a decent counter argument. Even though they were wrong and the trade for Kyrie didn't work out, Luka should've had them in a position to at least make the play-in regardless of their post trade record. This team made the WCF Finals last year for crying out loud. But your argument may be the weakest I've ever seen. "Nets team that doesn't exist" lol what? They still made the playoffs even after the trades. It's nowhere near how bad Nick missed 🤣
Man I absolutely love this show!
I literally binge watch every episode I find on RUclips
Was expecting Nick to bring up some graphic showing how much worse Embiid was in the playoffs compared to regular season, showing historical data about true MVP's elevating their game in the playoffs etc.
Crazy how the focus is on Philly instead of Tatum dropping an absolute masterclass.
Jokic looking good right now. 😂
i love this show "no, no., you picked the nets" hahaha
Talking Embiid to watch Jokic is funny af 😭
Nick giving the Skip “Hm” lmao 😂 0:30
That might have been the most impressive playoff performance I have ever seen by Tatum. 51 points shooting 60% from the field, 79% from the line and 60% from 3 in a must win game 7 that was nothing shy of extraordinary
language barrier.. he meant
"me and James need to help"
that's all
Hope so, was thinkin so
I’m still tryna figure out what quarters Doc Rivers played in??? I mean I’ve heard of a player/coach but the media takes it too far with always blaming this man when his PLAYERS THAT HE COACH WAS A NO-SHOW!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah i has nothing to do with him that he has more than double the amount of blown series as the guy who's got 2nd most in history. He's been a no show in the playoffs for a decade now
Nick always tries to filibuster with wonky details to overshadow the fact he was wrong. He does this everytime instead of just saying "I was wrong"
I'm going to say it again cuz I've said it all over every other video and I have the perfect perspective as a Philadelphia Eagles fan and a Celtics fan......
I can recognize teams that are like this....
I said I did not fear the Philadelphia 76ers because they are the Dallas cowboys of the NBA. They're just a spicy pick for people to have an interesting take but ultimately they won't go anywhere.
This is why Chris is my favourite basketball pundit
I think this is my new favorite “sports debate” show
I’m to the point where I fast forward when Nick talks.
I had no idea Tom Green had a sports show.
Sucks that the MVP voters decided to collectively vote against Jokic instead of just voting for who deserved MVP, everyone involved just looks foolish now.
Just like they looked the two years they gave it to Jokic then
This dumb media members robbed Jokic or Giannis of the MVP to give it to Embiid and now are telling him to go watch Jokic on how to play basketball
The background not real??
The bottom line is, the better team won. I don't know why anyone thought the Sixers were going to get past the Celtics.
Quote:
Years ago A former KC Chiefs quarterback said " I can't throw it and catch it too'
That quote was more classic than Joel's quote, considering it was back in 2001 or 2002.
Did you guys watch the game? In a nutshell the Celts won with DEFENSE! A suffocating defense that prevented the Sixers from getting any momentum. And Embiid must be hurt, he never left his feet defending Tatum's 3 point shots! There was no impede by Embiid!
I thought it was just me I been waiting for this all day😂
Embiid’s season ended the minute MVP award is announced. He checked out once he knew he got the regular season award
Celtics fan here…the man didn’t check out…he got injured…..let’s be fair……..
@@rogerthat.9105 his entire goal this season is to win the MVP. once that happens nothing matters to him anymore
First Things First is the best show after Indisputable.
Hey gotta give the props to nick for at least being consistent. He hates being wrong but begrudgingly acknowledges he was wrong
Can someone gives Brous a bigger mic, maybe he thinks no once can hear him, so he keeps raising his voice
The backing you down dance lmao
Much respect to Tatum and xBoston from a Sixers fan, they never gave up…..unlike the Sixers.
not sure why them dudes dont want to give the celtics defense credit for shutting down Embiid and Harden that game lol
This show is great! You could get these three talking about a marathon race between a sloth, a slug, a tortoise, a snail, and Usain Bolt....and they'd make it fun and interesting!
When you have playoff Rondo or Jimmy, you have non-playoff Harden and Doc Rivers. Any team with Doc and Harden is a non-contender
Harden and Embiid are a perfect match. Both choke so hard in the playoffs!
“Three inches & 40 lbs on Al Horford” sounds crazy
They gave Embiid the MVP this year because he should of gotten it last year but Jokic should of won this year and not last year
It is absolutely crazy that none of them are seriously considering Denver as the champs this year
Respect to Nick for saying he would crush Jokic if he did the same thing Embiid did.
Ok. Next time Doc Rivers is up 3-2 in a playoff series, im mortgaging my house and betting on the other team to win.
Its pretty funny to think Wildes is the only one with a true finals pick alive in the Nuggets
Chrisssss you’re a real one
My brother in law was trying to claim the sixers were playing good defense 🤣
Lol lol I voted for him as MVP but over the summer watch Joker 😂😂😂
It's hilarious watching all these media folks scrambling to justify their MVP vote by throwing Harden under the bus😂 you wouldn't even be in a game 6 or 7 without Harden or Maxey's playoff heroics.
Philly should run it back for one last time. Keep Doc, keep Daryll Morey, keep Harden. Improve on Maxey and Embiid. Get on the trade market with Tobias Harris. He needs to be gone and get some bench strength and Philly is ready to go on for the finals.
Embiid will enjoy his schnitzels in Germany
Lol what??
i thought The Ringer had an interesting observation, that Harden's repetitive offensive style allows him to be great early in the series. But by the end, he doesn't have enough variation in his offense to fool the other team anymore, and they're able to shut him down. interesting theory, anyway
This has to be a boost to Rondo Pierce KG and Rays legacy
He couldn’t abuse Horford: Williams was waiting in the backdrop. They even put Smart on Embiid. The help was waiting. That wasn’t Embiid’s fault.
It's hilarious how when sixers went up 3-2 nick was all over it.. bringing up all the good things sixers did this year.. after game 7 I didn't hear a peep
Tobias Harris shooting horribly will never be mentioned smh I blame him
Can we get a monologue from Nick admitting he couldn’t have been more wrong about Jokic and Embiid?
Nick Wright’s finals matchup of Mavs over 76ers is going really well. 🤣🤣🤣
That’s two years in a row where his preseason pick to win it all didn’t make the PLAY-IN. Lol
WHERE IS THE APOLOGY FROM NICK TO JOKIC FOR CLAIMING EMBIID IS MORE DOMINANT?
Wildes: “Can I defend James Harden real quick?”
Nick: “Umm nnnnoooo”
🤣🤣
