Out of pure curiosity I looked at Brock’s numbers vs non playoff teams and they’re as follows Brock purdy vs non playoff teams (6 games ) 5-1 124 of 171 - 72.5% 1741 yards - 290 ypg 7-4 TD/INT (2 Rushing TDs) For what it’s worth the team has 8 rushing TDs inside the 5 so one could argue there could be “positive” regression in the sense of his TDs but those are not terrible numbers by any standard
There’s no shot the Warriors aren’t regretting that contract at this point. Waste of money. Ten games for sure. I’d say double it every time at this point 🤷
funny Nick was like "theres a name for it" talking about draymonds hit....when i first saw it, i literally said "did he do a spinning back fist in a basketball game?!"😭😂🤣
@@crustybs46 once you win a SB, the leash does get very long. They've not had as much regular season success so perhaps the teams are not as well built. The Bills rosters have been very solid. They simply underperform. But if Shanahan doesn't win one soon, then yes, I'll downgrade him also. But at least he's been.
@jayceh I think winning championships has a lot of luck and a lot of specifically injury luck involved with it. Last year wasn't an underperformance of the record. They over performed what their record should have been. Defense was terrible after losing half their starters.
Since we're hitting "unprecedented territory" for every violent ejection we're multiplying it by 5. This is his 3rd- 15 game suspension. The next ejection is 20 games.
Shoutout to Nick for chewing Draymond out. He clearly has a vested interest to play nice, as he has the same agent as draymond and they occasionally cross paths. Integrity play 👏
Nick’s logic, while normally very sound, was laughably flawed regarding Dak vs Purdy at 16:44. Purdy’s record being way better vs playoff teams does not make Dak’s record way better vs non-playoff teams. According to the very graphic Nick kept referring to, Purdy would be 5-1 and Dak would be 9-1 vs non-playoff teams. So they’ve both played generally great vs non-playoff teams, Dak has just played way more of them than Purdy. That’s all those numbers mean. Nick is really getting desperate with his anti-Purdy takes at this point 😂
His point wasn’t about the team records in those situations but about their stats which is in fact relevant. Underperforming against bad competition does matter. Maybe not relevant in the context of which team is better but does matter in the MVP race.
@@mani-xc9rs I get what you’re saying and I agree in general, but in that moment Nick WAS trying to make it about the team records. His whole thing there was “if Purdy’s numbers are way better than Dak’s vs playoff teams, then logically Purdy’s numbers have to be way WORSE than Dak’s vs non-playoff teams, which is really a knock on Purdy.” And I’m just pointing out that’s not the way that logic actually works. It would only work that way if they had played the same number of games vs each level of competition. But they haven’t. So it’s not an accurate or fair comparison.
The basketball rule-book says, at least in some leagues, that severe enough physical attacks are dealt with by the police and the public justice system. That doesn't seem to apply to NBA-stars with million dollar contracts. So, players feel entitled to do things like this.
Nick is right, but the thing is what Brou is saying mixed with Nick's take on Purdy and the 49ers, when they are awesome they are awesome. Alen being awesome makes it so they have to load the front on defense because he may run, you have to keep a spy on him, you have to be careful because of Diggs, and everything opens up... Until they stop being awesome and all those things arent there, as if it was a magic trick.
The same people defending Draymond for all his previous actions are the same kind of people Draymond is. The Media should not hire this man as a sport analyst in the future. He is always a ticking time bomb.
I been said them paying Draymond was the worst thing the warriors could have done. He doesn’t add any value anymore and now he has been ejected or suspended for a lot of games this year
As a warriors fan i cant defend this, i think we need to limit his mins and use him in short bursts, same as Klay, for that to happen we need to make trades 3 team trade Wizards: Wiggins & Quiñones Warriors: Avdjia, Bey & Okongwu Hawks: Kuzma & Loony 1. Steph Curry 2. Brandin Podziemski 3. Saddiq Bey 4. Deni Avdjia 5. Onyeka Okongwu 6. Chris Paul 7. Klay Thompson 8. Gary Payton II 9. Draymond Green 10. Dario Šarič 11. Moses Moody 12. Trayce Jackson-Davis Then use Kuminga & CP3 for a trade later on
Should have been 20+ last time and plus a fine, on top of the game payments that don’t come into the decision. Suspension should does each time. Green would than be facing around 40 games and 20 from the choke and he would be up to 78 games total.
There’s no amount of punishment that would stop it tbh. Dray is right when he says he’s gonna continue to play the game like that because they keep winning. How are you going to tell someone what they’re doing is wrong if they continuously get rewarded for it?

7-4 TD/INT (2 Rushing TDs)
For what it’s worth the team has 8 rushing TDs inside the 5 so one could argue there could be “positive” regression in the sense of his TDs but those are not terrible numbers by any standard
Love the drum roll by Nick at the start of each show. Nick is spot on with this im with Chris on this also
The most wack part of all this is that he’s hitting non fighters lol.
There’s no shot the Warriors aren’t regretting that contract at this point. Waste of money.
Ten games for sure. I’d say double it every time at this point 🤷
Personally had a tough day at work today. Glad I got to watch this and be like “well at least I didn’t punch anyone at my job”
@user-tn8uu2cu8g trying to convert people in RUclips comments is an interesting strategy, also no thank you god isn’t real
“It was some type of slap”
Nick - there’s a name for it 😂😂😂😂
I can't remember if Brou has ever been this done with Draymond. But he said that, "This is ridiculous!!" with all the base.
Draymond is really like, a step or two away from another Malice in the Palace type situation. Its feeling that way at least.
Dray attacks players, who he knows won't attack back. Dray doesn't know the crowd, so he's too afraid to attack any fan.
@@penkima4923 Fair, but it still feels like we're not too far away from an even worse altercation involving Draymond.
That’s my quarterback 😭*T.O. Voice*
😂😂😂
funny Nick was like "theres a name for it" talking about draymonds hit....when i first saw it, i literally said "did he do a spinning back fist in a basketball game?!"😭😂🤣
mans goin from the rectangle to the octagon
The bills having won the second most games in the last 4 years being poorly coached is truly something.
Yah they've certainly underperformed their regular season record when it matters.
@@jayceh so Shanahan is also a poor coach?
@jayceh Harbaugh is a good coach? I mean he's been resting on a superbowl he won 12 years ago
Just because something's never been done, don't mean it can't be, sometimes things never been done because you never had to do it
Killian Hayes is like "am I nothing to you!?"
Nick glossed over how bills gave Philly all they could handle
In Australia punching like this is called a cowards punch.
I wish they could show the replays. The UFC reel was gold!!!
Since we're hitting "unprecedented territory" for every violent ejection we're multiplying it by 5. This is his 3rd- 15 game suspension. The next ejection is 20 games.
Should be 10 since he only got 5 for gobert
this was a good discussion.
Shoutout to Nick for chewing Draymond out. He clearly has a vested interest to play nice, as he has the same agent as draymond and they occasionally cross paths. Integrity play 👏
Dray's in a maniac mode this year.
Nick checkmated brou at the end and he got all flustered lol
That Tristan Thompson slap seem valid now don’t it 😅
Can you run the stat. On on teams ranking but on defensive rankings.
We call that a spinning back fist where I'm from
Nick’s logic, while normally very sound, was laughably flawed regarding Dak vs Purdy at 16:44.
Draymond hits em with the crash bandicoot special and people want to say its no big deal. Im sick of this
I can see dak now... "yall worried about the bills, we not"
"It was like a karate chop" 😂😂😂
Final minute was stolen from them? I think he meant to say the final minute was their own fault.
The Draymond 1 incident every 9 games stat is hilarious
Whoever he assaults next on the basketball court has grounds to sue the league for lack of protection against a known violent attacker
The basketball rule-book says, at least in some leagues, that severe enough physical attacks are dealt with by the police and the public justice system. That doesn't seem to apply to NBA-stars with million dollar contracts. So, players feel entitled to do things like this.
Real men are in control of their emotions. Not controlled by them. Weak.
I’ve been waiting all day for this
I agree with Nick fully, he has to be dealt w/ harshly , enough is enough.
Draymond should get 25 Games!!!!
Draymond is trying to build a combo list and become mortal kombat DLC
4:35 Nick sound like he reading the entire strategy guide moves list of a video character😂😂🤣🤣🎮⬆⬇⬇↗↗↙↙
It’s always weird as shmt when I hear media talk about players money😮
Nick is right, but the thing is what Brou is saying mixed with Nick's take on Purdy and the 49ers, when they are awesome they are awesome. Alen being awesome makes it so they have to load the front on defense because he may run, you have to keep a spy on him, you have to be careful because of Diggs, and everything opens up... Until they stop being awesome and all those things arent there, as if it was a magic trick.
Sometimes....you can take the guy out of the streets, but you cant street out of the guy
who’s got the new street fighter? i need to see draymond memes. he’s got a whole movelist by now lol
He's got a more vast repertoire than bret hart
Not Draymond with Drive Rush lol
Only worse thing than Draymond punching Jusuf is how they pronounce Jusuf.
the league has an absolute obligation to protect other players. Green should be suspended for 25. next incident = season.
Some basketball rule-books say, next incident -> police investigation -> prison.
If I'll never hear Draymond's name again I've already heard it one too many times
The same people defending Draymond for all his previous actions are the same kind of people Draymond is. The Media should not hire this man as a sport analyst in the future. He is always a ticking time bomb.
If anyone else did one of these in a lifetime , you’d say they got some issues, 4 times in 15 months is actually insane
Draymond is the AB of the NBA💀
Nick is making the argument that Purdy plays better against the best teams? Wow, he must love Purdy for that right?
The turf! Dallas is a different team on grass, the stats are wild - that has to be a factor and it doesn’t get talked about enough
Honesty a miracle Trey appeared on his podcast without Dray putting him on IR.
this draymond thing is a classic category 2 for nick
Refs been letting him get away with this for how long now. It’s terrible that people are now noticing this.
And now Draymond has me agreeing with Nick Wright 😂😂😂😂
Draymond just wanted a Christmas holiday just one year in the league 😂
Nick a little stunned by the Purdy argument at the end here. He's wobbling... His hater powers are waning!
Hey Nick, if u have doubts about Dak vs Purdy, just put their head to head games...
Chris must have a personal beef with Dak and the cowboys
Not true, everyone don't have regrets
Kevin wildes with the stat of the day. 15-2 over the last 4 years in December and January
RARE Nick win about Draymond.
I been said them paying Draymond was the worst thing the warriors could have done. He doesn’t add any value anymore and now he has been ejected or suspended for a lot of games this year
Purdy's bad games are from injuries.
Dak's bad games are from Dak.
Why can’t Nick wait for his turn to talk? And he demands total silence during his soliloquies 🤦🏻♂️
There's a clear double standard on this show he would get roasted if he sat across the table from skip or Stephen a
@@gilbertarballo He’s like Colin Cowherd, pretty good at debating fictional people, totally unravel when confronted with facts.
I am a Cowboys fan since 1977, and I am worried about this game in Buffalo. I do think if my Boys come to play, they will win.
As a warriors fan i cant defend this, i think we need to limit his mins and use him in short bursts, same as Klay, for that to happen we need to make trades
3 team trade
Wizards: Wiggins & Quiñones
Warriors: Avdjia, Bey & Okongwu
Hawks: Kuzma & Loony
1. Steph Curry
2. Brandin Podziemski
3. Saddiq Bey
4. Deni Avdjia
5. Onyeka Okongwu
6. Chris Paul
7. Klay Thompson
8. Gary Payton II
9. Draymond Green
10. Dario Šarič
11. Moses Moody
12. Trayce Jackson-Davis
Then use Kuminga & CP3 for a trade later on
Should have been 20+ last time and plus a fine, on top of the game payments that don’t come into the decision.
Suspension should does each time. Green would than be facing around 40 games and 20 from the choke and he would be up to 78 games total.
Warriors fan here. I defend draymond a lot but I can not defend him here. He’s hurting the team he needs to earn back the support of dub nation
I love these 3!
If draymond ends up hurting another player, the player should file lawsuit against the league for not protecting there players from this mad man
There’s no amount of punishment that would stop it tbh. Dray is right when he says he’s gonna continue to play the game like that because they keep winning. How are you going to tell someone what they’re doing is wrong if they continuously get rewarded for it?
I love a great Nick vs Bills rant
