Honestly really proud of the Giants this season. Didn't expect them to make it to the playoffs, but they proved me wrong. Best of luck to them!

Giants back in the playoffs, great to see. This team has surpassed everyone’s expectations and so well coached by Daboll.
Daboll's triumph is a great boon not just to the Giants but also to the Buffalo Bills organization he was transplanted from during the previous offseason. The stock of others operating under McDermott in Buffalo just got a significant boost at a time when at least one team is going to be looking for a new head coach this coming offseason!

I'm so used to stressful close games with the Giants. It felt good to finally get a commanding win. Hopefully this is a good spark into playoffs

I've been taking heart meds for years , it really helps and lowers the stress level . You just lay back and relax , no matter the score or what happens...👍
We Giants fan deserve this so much we finally got it right after shurmur and Judge with so many heart breaking losses 3 60 + yarder field goals, last minute TD’s, offside on Sexy Dexy last year and blow outs it feels so amazing to finally be back in the playoffs.

I'm jealous. I played safety in high school and have been a lifelong Giants fan so I'm always biased towards our safeties. (Phillips, Collins, Wilson, Rolle etc) so I'm glad we got him back. Would be great to see him back in his All-pro form.
As a Giants fan, I had no expectations this year, was bickering back and forth about Daniel Jones, didn’t know what to expect from Scheon and Daboll, and a whole lots of things this season. Now we are the 6th seed in the NFC and heading into the playoffs. I an so proud of this team. Awesome job and all of the Giants fans are proud of you guys. GO GIANTS

@@higherpurpose1212 Drafting doesn't promise automatic success. He finally has a system that plays to his favor. Why risk trying to build up a new QB when he we got one who knows the whole system now. Daniel Jones is fine, drafting is needed in other spots.
As a Giants fan, I'm just glad we scored over 30 points in a game for once and won by at least 2 possessions.
I got so greedy with the 30+ that I wanted them to go for a FG on their last play to make it 41 points.

@@Bigblue2007 The Giants scored 34 against Dallas in October of 2020 in a loss but yeah, the last time they scored 30+ in a win was on the date you posted. We also had a chance against the Ravens but the Giants just wanted to play it safe and run out the clock.

Yes, because the last 6 years were stressful. I couldn't stand to watch the games, but these were different, different coaches. I'm proud of our team.
Happy New Years all! Not a Giants follower here, but Jones looked very athletic and dangerous today. He showed excellent restraint by not forcing a pass late in the game...ran instead, hook slide, and got the penalty for late hit to boot. Very intelligent and ballsy guy with thick skin. Proud of him. ☮️
He still needs to slide more and avoid hits. He got a concussion last year for those ballsy plays and was a turnover machine his entire career up until this year.
All along during his rookie contract, it was hard to tell whether Danny was being held back by bad circumstances or if he just wasn't very good at all. This year after declining the option was more-or-less a "prove it" season, and it's fair to say he's "proven it". Jones OUGHT to get at least another year as the starter to see what his true ceiling is...
@@gordontaylor2815 Yeah well, a one year contract means franchise tag which will make him INSANELY overpaid. They will have to convince him to take a 3-5 year moderate deal because his career stats don't make him worth top dollar.
Dj 15td and 5 ints 7 rushing td with game winning drives this year. Hope he stays and everyone else stay a giant but it will be expensive!

What a coaching job by Daboll and Martindale. Nobody has done more with less this season. Imagine when they've finally cleared the roster of all of Gettleman's mistakes. There's a bright future again for Big Blue. Coaching and management really matter.

This win made me so happy as a Giants fan. This win was the only game that didn't make the Giants playoff season not look like a fluke.
Win or lose in the playoffs I’m unbelievably proud of this team. The success they’ve shown with this roster is incredible! Good future for us fans, the players believe in the coach and the GM seems to have his head in the right place

The whole giants staff has to be up for an award. The front office, the coaching staff everybody from top to bottom has did a wonderful job with the Giants. They turned a rebuilding team into a playoff contender. Unbelievable job, Daboll takes the coach of the year award, no question. The NYGiants deserve all the good vibes they're getting 💙
Brian Daboll deserves coach of the year. He's done a great job with a lot less than other teams have. Just so there's no claims of favoritism, I'm a Chiefs fan.

It would have been such an improvement over last season to get this far. But into the playoffs is great. Amazing turnaround, guys. I don't see them matching the Cowboys or Philly this year, but just to make it this far is a relief. What a competitive division to be in. Some of them have no winning records.
Let's be honest, a winning record this season by itself would be considered an astounding success for Daboll and Co.; everything else is just icing on the cake. 😉
This could be a new start for the Giants. Daniel Jones is progressing and their receivers are good. They have Saquon and their defense is phenomenal. I hope to see them in the playoffs next year.
I wouldn't say our defense is phenomenal at all. Our pass rush is great for sure, but we are 31st in rushing D and our secondary is decent. We're getting there though.
