I need help. My bike wont start even after I push the ignition button with left handle. The screen is on and it showed 12 volt only. Was that the normal voltage of the battery or was it because of something else that cause the bike wont start?

For the first button normally when we press it , it has alarm and light , but my bike when I press it , it have only light no alram . Can you tell me how to do ??
