- Finally, a Tales of Vesperia version with all the goodies from the PS3 version was released for the PS4, XONE, Switch and PC. Ironically on my birthday. A sign? I dunno. But it's great to play a game in a language I can actually understand.
As a special bonus, you are able to download all DLCs for free. This not only includes 900000 free Gald, a bunch of items and level up packs, but also costumes that were previously DLC only. Well, the Kekoro costume isn't there most likely due to licensing issues, but in the end, this is the most complete version of Vesperia you can buy.
Here are all the costumes you can obtain in the game. Back then, I did a video for the PS3 version excluding all DLC or pre-order costumes.
Personally, I love that the last set of DLC costumes is basically just them wearing their ultimate equipment.

its a shame that the dress that Estelle use at the beginning of the game inst available
If there was enough organized fan demand it would be possible. It is one of her best costumes... Same for Rita's Robe
That + Rita's robe and Yuri and Flynn's towel only costumes that appear in just 2-3 cutscenes during Yumanju spa event
if youre playing on pc you can get them via mods!
also the english patched ps3 version added these and a few other ones to existing titles (for example the title "legendary swordsman" for yuri now has an unused costume that is a combination of the top from "True Knight" and the bottom of "Dark Enforcer")

Karol forever being a frog is a mood
Since The Frog based from Keroro Gunsou (the Keroro Costume was exclusive for PS3 version Tales of Vesperia Japanese & both voice-acted by Same Seiyuu, Kumiko Watanabe. If Patty & Karol (with Keroro Costume), the voice changed since both Co-Star for Keroro Gunsou Self)

@@barrybend7189 sadly, no Keroro costume for Remaster/DE since English dub for ToV & Keroro Gunso are different

I play DE despite no buying PS3 (That's Time, I don't ask my dad just buying PS3. it's kinda expensive (don't tell it, I'm using some allowances for Recharge in Online PC Game just "Virtual Cosmetics" for customizing Own Chara/Avatar. It's my biggest sin). Thus, need more money just Paid DLC Costumes too. At least 10 years later, ToV released as Remaster/DE (Can set Audio such Japan or English before starting game. I prefer Japan Audio since some ToV VA in Anime or Drama CD. Like Aya Hisakawa Voice-Acted as Judith was previously as Ami/Amy Mizuno a.k.a. Sailor Mercury from 90s Version Sailor Moon & Kero-Chan from Cardcaptor Sakura & Kumiko Watanabe as Karol Capel was previously as JunJun from Sailor Moon Supers, Keroro from Sgt.Frog, Klonoa from Kaze no Klonoa, Animate Female Clerk (curly-blonde hair) from Lucky ⭐️ Star), Shippou from InuYasha, Mother/Mrs.Tachibana from Atashinchi, Regina (Marie Ange's Dark side) from DokiDoki Precure/Glitter Force: DokiDoki.etc) via Switch, Xbox One, PS4 & PC STEAM (at least 2 years after Nintendo Switch Released) because I'm saving my moneys from late April till July & waiting discount for DE Digital Version)
Well, I'm finish ToV first time without Cheat/Mod. Which meaning, finishing game with Cheat = fun feel decreased (like similar for SoS FOMT Remake too. Easy money just sell Dress to Won/Huang & mining a Gems. It's happen if I use "Simple/Easy Mode")
Sorry OOT. I'm rather start over with New Game + for missed Titles (Female Beach Costumes) & unlocking 100 Man Melee. Just need defeating Gauche & Droite with going to Mt.Temza about Raven's former love Interest alongside Twins's weapons (both are Estelle's Weapon) stolen by Party if Repede in Party Core. Thus for Drake's Quest in order obtaining "Blue Crystal Rod" (Estelle's Weapon). For Blue Crystal Rod, I will replaying again in New Game + once again after gaining more grades
The thing about having all these costumes is that i'm always changing them at every turn, and then people leave, or the game advances, and I get bummed out if I didn't change them for the occasion before hand. More is not always better. I think one can get a bit too obsessed with achievements for their own good. I wouldn't say all of them are worth it, but the costumes mostly are.
Sadly, DLC Costumes unable using attatchments. The attatchments used only in game costume titles. In example: I'm use Yuri's Judas/Leon Magnus's Costume Title (requiring winning 200 Man Melee using Yuri) & use Veil Attatchment. Then appeared

See the "Enchanting Belle" sidequest. It's usually "Alluring" one Soldier
Thus, I wanna Laughing so hard because he's face in pouted + upset at first. Karol (In Girly) said: "My Puppy in Lost" & pretending to cry for fooling Knight Guard at Heliord.
"Girly" costume title also unlocking "Karol's Sleeptalker" event. For unlocking this event, sleep in Capua Nor's Inn (after Judith, Raven & Patty joined as Party), in Karol's dream, he's have dilemma between running Brave Vesperia or Rejoining Hunting Blades. This event ended Yuri upset because Karol make a noise during sleeping: "... We could have a nice dream if you be quiet..."
For continuity of "Karol's Sleeptalker", the part 2 after Zaude (everyone rejoined in chapter 3), return to Heliord Inn for obtaining/making "Girly" Costume title (for 2 other seductive costume, requiring cheagle fur 1, spiritual fragments 2 & cockatorice claws 3). Sleep in Capua Torim Inn, Karol Sleeptalking again & make other feel discomfort (Patty, Repede & Estelle still in sleep), Raven wanna whacking Karol's head, however, Judith disagree against Raven's word (whacking Karol's head considered too mean), Judith have an idea was worked as both side (changing his clothing to "Girly" during he's in sleep), in Karol's dream (again), Yuri, Estelle, Raven, Rita, Judith, Repede & Patty feel defeated by "Schwann Brigade" or called "The Three Stooges" as I call... everyone calling Karol & Karol prepare for aiding his comrade but surprised he's in "Girly" attire. Back from his dream, he's realize everyone gone except Yuri & looking himself in "Girly" & he's singing with cheerful till Yuri whistleling Karol & Karol self shocked. After all, Karol in upset state (after changed back to his attire) due he's pranked by comrades
It always bothered me how Flynn have a Luke costume instead of a Guy costume.
my only regret is that they didn't give Flynn guy's costume!
The reason why Flynn have Luke's Attire. Both terrible cook, both have "Heroic" side

Thus, Guy Cecil's Costume appeared in PS3 version Tales of Symphonia for Lloyd Irving (don't worry, from Other Tales Costumes will appeared in ToS Remaster without requiring Transfer Data from Other Tales after PC Steam version. Hope will became true)
Yuri & Flynn's School Uniform appeared in some Fan Art/BL Doujin
The game is on a star ocean war path with the post game/new game plus options and character outfits. I sure wish Final Fantasy XII had this since there is extensive post game for it too.
Unlike current Tales series have Costumes changes & fashion attatchments (hairstyle changed too since Tales of Xillia), in Final Fantasy was doesn't have costume change as you wish. Like in Final Fantasy 4, Cecil's Paladin Attire still in default costume after overcome his trial against his Doppelganger Dark Knight at Mt.Ordeals (except in Dissidia limited to skin/palette swap), Final Fantasy 7/Remake too doesn't have costume change like Cloud's Crossdressing disguise attire able changed (because part of story).etc
Some costumes limited as Job Change, not only appearance, they stats changed depend Job changed too including equipments (Final Fantasy only). Since in Lightining Return: Final Fantasy XIII, Costume able changed to Lightining only, including Final Fantasy Cameo costumes like Locke Cole (Amano version), Aerith, Cloud Strife till Summoner Yuna.
Tales Spin-Off also have Job Change just using Job Costumes like in Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon (a Spin-Off from Tales of Phantasia)
I love how there's also Soul Calibur costumes as well as the other tales games.

Kinda similar.eh Judith suited wore KOS-MOS from Xenosaga Eps 1 Costume (KOS-MOS Also appeared in SC 3 as part of Create as Soul named "X-Type". From Hairstyle till Boots. X-Type Boots also wored by Abelia at epilouge for Chronicles Of The Sword with Fishnet, Battle Dress, Leather Gloves & Grand Choker. Implying, Abelia became Empress for replacing Strife)
@@barrybend7189 almost forgot! Not only "Wandering Samurai" Costume Title in Tales of Vesperia, Rita's Whip weapon also appeared named "Ivy Blade" (in SC called "Valentine" 1P version). "Ivy Blade" obtained after clearing "Guild's Request" sidequest
@@barrybend7189 I saw it's true, SC 2 doesn't similar style. It's based from SC 4 & Broken Destiny since SC 4 & Broken Destiny Released at same year as Tales of Vesperia (2008-2009)

Yes with Original Hair Color in ToV. As Paid DLC for PS3 Japanese > Free DLC in DE/Remaster, hair color changed:
Yuri = from his hair are black-raven > Crimson Red if wore Asch's costume
Flynn = from his hair are blonde > became Vermillon (Variant color from Red-Orange shade color) if wore Luke Fon Fabre's Costume
Princess Estellise/Estelle = from her hair are Pink > Ash-Brown if wore Tear Grants's Costume

Since both kinda Greedy. For Anise, she's became greedy because her parents in neck of debt. Patty are Pirate wanna finding treasures from Legendary Pirates. This also affected to Patty's artes named "Search Gald" or "Steal Gald" alternate artes
@@yulianasellyca4001 I found out how to have Patty in Anise's outfit. It's in the game, just tedious to get.

Then, visit to Illusion of Yormgen for obtaining book "Legend of Blue Warrior", head to Dahngrest for event, last head to Mount Trufdae at Yuzroea area after Tarqaron appear post game end as clear data). Defeating Kratos Auron/Traitor of Heaven = unlocking 200 Man Melee. Must use "Krona's Symbol" (obtained by Kowz's exchange items request in Mantaic) in order preventing Physical & Magic Negative Status. Similar like Ribbon effect from Final Fantasy series
I make Patty as Anise, Yuri as Asch, Flynn as Luke, Raven as Van & Estelle as Tear (as part from Tales of The Abyss). For other, Repede as Asura, Judith as Ritcher, Karol as Milhaust & Rita as Mao (as part from Tales of Rebirth).
Some Fans from Tales of Vesperia feel disappointed/unfair due only Yuri, Estelle & Flynn have 3 Legacy Costumes **sigh**
Flynn has the best costumes. I don't know what wear.

Sometime Fan Arts Fluri (meaning to Flynn x Yuri) wore Asch & Luke have few in internet. Especially in zerochan
I prefer to Fedrock Knight Uniform to Flynn (usually alongside Yuri & Estelle), School Uniforms too

Nah, not really.
The point that those are on them, Flynn is the classic archetypical hero, much like what Luke becomes. A hero.
Yuri, much like Asch, is a rival for the hero, and plays a more active but anti-heroish role.
