His songs when he rejoined have really given me hope to carry on when I've been at my lowest. I can see light at the end of this tunnel and I feel blessed. I'm really hopeful for the future. I 100 percent relate been trying to quit heroin for 8 yrs now I’ve been able to pull myself away from every other drug but the needle and heroin and for me the depression afterword is what kills me what I had found was that when I was clean chasing adrenaline and things I don’t often get to do but chase I do women and meeting new people
Tim O’Brian- I believe intensive trauma therapy is key . It helped John, Anthony and many others to deal with all the “stuff” that comes with strong addiction and what got you there in the first place. It’s not easy, but it is very necessary. It’s too much to do on one’s own. You deserve to be heard, helped & healed. There’s help out there. Do like John. Give yourself a chance. Commit to one year with help. It’s worth your life! I went to 20 plus rehabs in 7 years, thinking I was ready, but I always had a reservation that one day I could come back to it in the perfect scenario and control it. I'll have a head in 3 days and I can for the first time in my life see a future without it and be completely happy. The initial transition can be tough with this new synthetic bullshit, but once you take that shot it's over. No paws or craving of any kind for me and I honestly tried every method multiple times.

I just know that mental health professionals tend to try to diagnose people and get them medicated. Addicted are some of the weakest minded people on the planet and it’s because of the system that tells them they are worthless and have no willpower that feeds into their BS.
