INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Seasoning:
• 5-7 chicken pieces, thighs, legs, or whole wings
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of half a lime (optional)
• 1 tbsp sofrito
• 1 tsp Adobo or Lawry’s Casero Total Seasoning
• pinch of black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp oregano
For Frying:
• 1.5 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp Adobo or Lawry’s Casero seasoning
• 1/2 tsp Cajun (or substitute for extra All Purpose seasoning and paprika/annatto)
• oil for frying

Hello Mari. I love your videos! I am Puerto Rican but never learned how to cook once my mom became a vegetarian and my grandmother never let me in the kitchen. I remember all of these foods! I am so happy...now I just need to find a hubby to cook for. Love your bible verses too. God bless you! I was wondering what is most often served with this chicken though, candules? White rive and black beans? What is your suggestion for side dish or what dish the chicken goes well with. I am wondering your opinion but for me I think I would like white rice and lack beans Thank you so so much for your calm, delicious, and amazing recipes!
