What's being overlooked is the fact they had 2 top pitchers who were in the running for cy young awards. Dont you look past all the runs the guys were given when they were on the mound. What the Astros did was wrong, but no one is talking about how the Yankees plan to go over the luxury tax threshold in order to sign gerritt cole and Stephen strausburg. And when they lose, then they sign the next best free agent. This makes it impossible for any teams other than the Yankees and Astros is the AL to have any chance at playoff contention
