Wonder Woman and Big Barda is a team-up I'd love to see more of as they have a lot in common. I would also love to see a team-up with Static Shock and Cyborg someday. I feel like they have very similar personalities, and I can see them having fun team-up moves that utilize both of their abilities. Since Cyborg can master technology, I can imagine he will get a power-up from Static and give him an extra boost, and I can imagine Static can use Cyborg's techno-organic body to better utilise his own abilities to control electricity on a more advanced scale through a superior network like Cyborg's Mother Box technology

Detective angle is good for teaming up J’onn & Nightwing, but I’d like to see J’onn team up with Etrigan or Constantine more. To be honest, an interesting story could be made of teaming J’onn up with nearly anyone.

Both were police detectives at one point or another, and Nightwing is already dating an alien and was inspired to become Nightwing because of Superman. So why not have him be friend another alien? A team up i REALLY wanna see is a team up between the batfamily and all the OTHER vigilanties in gotham not part of them. Like The Creeper, Ragman, Mother Panic, Simon Dark and Reaper. It could really shine a light on the lesser characters and give a solid explaination for why despite having one of the largest rogue gallery of any hero. Batman only faces only around a dozen of them consistently.
You should do a series covering characters who could use a sidekick. For example, I can see Etrigan having a squire who could be like Robbie Reye's Ghost Rider.
I would like to see Swamp Thing and Etrigon team up. Etrigon needs help with a problem and can't go to Constantine this time. So he goes to Swamp Thing, knowing both have a working history with each other.
Green Lantern and Hawkman. It could be any GL with any reincarnation of Hawkman, but I'm mainly talking about John Stewart and Carter Hall from the DCAU. In the episode Ancient History, there's a little moment where John is still very cold and standoffish towards Hawkman, even though Hawkman is being as nice as humanly possible. We only get the story from John, Shayera, and Vixen's perspective, and it's a shame we never got the opportunity to explore Carter's perspective. The fact that he's destined to lose and he eventually accepts that and does the best he can is something that provides a really good lesson for young men and people in general, that's a golden opportunity that is right there for the taking. It makes both John and Hawkman's history more rich and fulfilling and seeing them become friends in spite of that or continue to go against each other would be a great addition to both of their characters. It should absolutely be continued in the DCAU or folded into the main continuity. I've always loved that dynamic, it resonates with me on so many levels.
If dc actually committed to him being the flash I think bart Allen and Jessica cruz could make a fun pair I also wished zatanna interacted with zach zatara more though i also want more zach in general

I love the ideas of Superman & Captain Atom teaming up and Wonder Woman & Zatanna teaming up some ideas I had were Barry, Hal, and Ollie teaming probably in a mini series and just some random ones I found entertaining like Martian Manhunter & Starfire I would them deal with Lobo, then I have Vixen & Beast Boy, Black Lightning & Nightwing, and last but not least John Constantine & Mister Terrific I think all of these would be unique and fun

Gotta disagree with your point on Swamp Thing's domain predating Aquaman's. Life on Earth was pretty much entirely marine until the formation of the ozone layer, and only then could the surface land sustain plantlife. Sharks are older than trees.
I mean the power of Swamp Thing predates any living Atlantean by billions of years (as explained at 13:30 in the comic strip). He also at times is the ultimate elemental giving him power over all elements including water.

One of the most underrepresented partnerships is Martian manhunter and aquaman. I seriously cant even think of an instance where this was portrayed
