Thought you would like an update. I decided to take the challenge and do 40 days of this Kriya as I am working of healing some serious father wounds. Day 10 and while some of the routine I still have to work to get through. I noticed yesterday while making decisions for myself I am not second guessing or trying to talk myself out of doing things that are good for me as much and when I do I am catching it. Also found through out the day I will get warm plesent feelings throughout my abdomine when I think about how much stronger I feel when I rely and trust myself. Thank you Yogigem

Loved this one! Started feeling some pain on my left side under my ribs while doing the left right waist movement but it subsided as soon as it was over. Did the 40 days it looked like a swiss cheese in the last week but I carried on and I am carrying on till now discipline and motivation is my weak side but I believe that even I can carry on and achieve something 🎉
Thank you! Interestingly, when I was doing this intensive hands pushing part and you finished it, I did not want to finish but kept pushing the hands. I was shaking and trembling but it felt right and needed, I just did not want to release it. I will come back tomorrow as there seems to be something calling me back and feels unfinished.

As a modification to help build core strength, try boat with bent knees, first with feet close to the earth, and as you strengthen, bringing the lower legs up so they are parallel to the floor.
