I love your practices, thank you for sharing. I only practice at home so I am very interested in knowing why we do certain postures, their benefits on our mind, body and energies. Explications really help me stick with the exercises when I want to quit!

This is definately one of my favourite online kriya's. One that always teaches me how important it is to be able to relax completely. Thank you so much

i beleive a part of the first exercise was missed. as you lean back 60 degrees the legs should also be raised up as high as possible.

Can you set the ads so they are at the beginning of the videos? They are disruptive when in the middle or the end of the kriya.

hah the music completely knocks out all of these practitioners out of the potential of pratyahara... come on now :P
there isn't any kundalini work being done without pratyahara ... which btw where is the kundalini work ?
it's called kundalini yoga but there isn't any kundalini work :P
And you're starting at the head chakras instead of root chakras ...
and you're worshipping an image of an Earthly being which leads to cults of personality around a person and this is no good - we use made up images of mystical avatars of God to prevent falling into the pitfall traps of common human nature that most of us have.. we also do that because humans are not perfect.
