Daily practice began about two years ago. I have been doing this daily starting on Aug 24 , I am not sure when I will stop . Love this Kriya it has really helped strengthen me on so many levels, can't wait to see what else it brings forward. Thank you, so much for sharing your practice. At 10:00 it's really important that wrists stay bent. In demo he doesn't keep it and students don't but GuruRattana teaches same kirya and wrist bent back stimulates me meridians at the wrist that govern calming heart. With that pulling sensation at wrist it's more effective. So I know that is important, as I do shiatsu. Sat Nam

the verdict is in. Multi-tasking is not healthy. when we listen to music and voice instructions we multitask. listening to music, especially loud music, tenses me right up. why is the music always soooooo loud.?? i do like kundalini yoga; without music i would love it. thank youGB

At the start of the class you " tune in" With the mantra ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO. It's means : I bow to my own higher self and connects you to whats called the golden chain of teachers(all who passed this technology on through ancient times ) DEV is chanted a little bit higher than the other words and all the chant is done on one breath but you can take a breath after the first NAMO. This is how I was taught as I am a qualified Kundalini yoga teacher. Hope that helps

Why the elbows lock? I wonder if this is really correct because anatomically speaking is never a good idea to lock the joints, elbows or knees because it decrease the flow of Chi energy. i would say, keep arms straight but never locked elbows. Check if you can.
Sat Dharam it would be much preferable that you place advertisements at the begining before the Kriya starts, its otherwise disturbing for anyone who wants to practise (edit) your video even has adds before it loads - I stopped this video after the 3rd ad during the kriya... too much..
