I hope your first day back at work goes good for you, sometimes being off for health reasons and then having to go back can give you anxiety. Just take it easy and slow.....use deep breathing if you feel somewhat anxious. Let us know how it goes. I don't blame you about stopping the medication, if the side effects persist like that I would too...maybe like you said... Little changes in your diet will help and go from there.
