Second, a quick question re your umbilical hernia: may I ask you how big it was prior to surgery? And Thirdly, thank you for your content.
Thanks for the kind words! I think it was roughly the size of a golf ball inside the belly button. If you look at one of my very first videos, I took footage of it prior to having the surgery.
