You’re supposed to fill these containers from the bottom and leave the round cap on, so you end up with a beautiful round deodorant stick.
I was thinking the same
yip, glad i seen ur comment before making my 1st batch, thanking U
I’m so excited to try this out. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for sharing!! Major keyyyy
Wonderful video. Thank you for sharing!
Much needed knowledge.
Thank you 💯
Thank you so much great video
awesome idea using tea tree oil as one of the ingredients. Tea tree oil contains compounds that fight bacteria responsible for body odor. Even more awesome is that those ingredients are VEGAN and chemical-free. As far as 60 drops of essential oils are concerned, can I use any kind of essential oils, including manly-scented oils (sandalwood, douglas fir, cedarwood, myrrh, etc)?
but is an antidote to homeopathy.
Thanks for this! Where do you get the deodorant containers from?
Can we use other oils like avocado oil or sunflower oil or sweet almond oil?
hey, take the temperature down a click to keep from boiling water. get recipe n video.
Please try in arrow root powder
I suppose to make deodorant stick at home and i watch firstly of your video. It is simple and easy to make with simple ingredients.i will try it surely .keep it up .
Just completed my first mixture which i adjusted for two 75ml, and it came out exact:) i'll test drive it later when it's cool, always previously used the natural salt sticks, but dissapointed with effectiveness in recent times, so always great to find instruction on home made items, thanking U from Scotland, Aye:)
Hey! How are you finding it?
@@joannajuszkiewicz6948 Maybe he died from it 😕
Would soy wax work? I only can find bee or soy wax where I live.
Also why do people dislike baking soda in deodorant and prefer zinc oxyde?
I used these exact tubes, I taped the clear cap on and filled from the bottom. You get a nice curve at the top. Baking soda causes severe sensitivity in many ppl. It’s stink busting properties are meh at best. Replace it with magnesium hydroxide and you’ll get a much smoother product that won’t stain your clothes are produce chunky bits under your arms and no odour. My formula will give 48hrs protection
hello ma'am can i ask your formula if like to share with me? thanks alot.
Arrowroot powder is a safe natural alternative to the soda
@@eandg330 and has ZERO stink busting properties, but go ahead and try it .. just don’t go on a date lol
@LisaG442 well I'm not interested in using inorganic chemicals. The entire point of going homemade is to get away from harsh chemicals like these. I'm married 15 years, I don't think I have to worry about impressing anyone. Oh and if it's not safe to digest with kidney problems, I'm not absorbing it through my pores.
@@eandg330 magnesium hydroxide IS natural and it doesn’t absorb into bloodstream. Check the label of natural brand store bought deodorants and it will be first in the ingredient list. It helps to do some research.
I really enjoyed watching your video. Very helpful recipe. Thanks for sharing.
Stay safe with your family. Always awaiting your connection.

Hi 😁 I love your desodorant , please where did you buy this bottle desodorant stick ?? Tks a lot
I got it from Amazon
Can you substitute cocoa butter? It’s the hardest to find for me.
Thank you!
probably you can use shea butter
Can you give me the ingredients in grams please
Great video, can you link to where you buy the applcators?
I got them from Amazon which country you are so I can send you the link
@@TheAncientTouch I am in Canada, much appreciated!
ello from Canada. Very nice video. thanks for sharing. will try your verson but will swap baking soda with 11 tspZinc oxide,+ 1 tbsp zinc ricinoleate which I added to the oil phase. thks
Sounds great!
is this to increase zinc consumption? i was thinking of adding magnesium also
what are the benefits of the zincs?
Here in Dubai everything is so expensive to find
What is baking soda do for this recipe? Can coconut oil or shea butter clog the pores?
baking soda is good for absorbing moist from the skin and fights with odour. you can omit is if you have very sensitive skin. you should use a thin layer of it. of course thick layers can clog the pores
Thanks! I made my first one with just cocoa oil in the summer and didn't realize I'd be opening a liquid bottle ''':3
Also how do you wash the utensils afterwards sustainably ':3 I feel like the stuff sticks to everything :P
Scrape as much off as you can and soak in vinegar if necessary and use a scrubber pad sponge. . I usually just scrape off with my fingers and then wash in hot water and dawn and that works
If u're using a steel dish to make it,just heat it a bit,and then wipe with a tissue paper...works best.
Is it mendatory to add corn starch? The reason being it’s not suitable to my body.
Replace it with arrowroot powder it's the best
Is there an alternative to the baking soda? Is the starch you used corn starch?
I used corn starch. I still don't know what you can use instead of baking soda unfortunately
arrow root
@@TheAncientTouch u can use zinc oxide instead of baking soda.
@@mandeepaksnghwhat does zinc oxide do?
Zinc and aluminum is not good for us.
Hi there, I have made a similar deodorant to this one, how come yours never melts? Is there a specific ingredient or instruction?
I think it is because I used candelilla wax. that make it not to melt in room temperature
The wax
I only found liquid coconut oil, I see yours is a little solid, what's the name for that coconut ingredient? Or did you get that texture before?
Usually coconut oil solidifies in cold temperatures if bot then it's not pure coconut oil
@@TheAncientTouchShould I buy coconut oil with vco or not. Then how to use it and is it very oily when applied?
@@andhikakey360 just buy cold press organic pure coconut oil if you do as per recipe instructions it won't be oily
@@TheAncientTouchIn my place, it's only liquid, so can it be made into a slightly solid form?
Or do you have a keyword for me to buy in the online store?
@@TheAncientTouch Can u send a link for i buy the coconut oil ? Thank u
Where did you get the stick deodorants? Lovely
got it from amazon. you can get loads on ebay and amazon
does this help with odor?
Yes amazingly
Organic or really beeswax does not get soft at room temperature. I have a block of beeswax from an apiary that I shred and I can honestly say that it’s a firm wax. Also soda is very unhealthy in deodorant, swap it out for zinc oxide
Thank you I was afraid I bought beeswax for nothing
@@missalphaomegagod-2u Have you tried it yet? I want to make a small batch but I want to make sure this recipe doesn't stain the clothes.
Magnesium hydroxide is the best stink buster. I don’t mind the “less than glide “ factor of my formula. Also paste deodorant is even better, only a touch of wax
What is the texture to this formula ?
Great video. I would add tea tree oil isn't the best for men. People need to learn again thank you for the video.
What is the ratio to ration of ingredients?
I have mentioned the ingredients at the description box
4:50 - I see it won't mess up clothes, where I have that sweaty look underarms after I put on deodorant
is this for a man or a woman?
both
@@TheAncientTouch thank you 🙏
What’s a “deo”? Is that short for deodorant?😂
Yes….?
