I'm not saying your trainer doesn't know what he's doing but i often i think people think carbs are the devil but in my opinion they aren't. They actually do effect your mood also i think men negate that women losing weight fast isn't the same as men. Due to hormones that drives us crazy too. Idk why he doesn't simply keep your carbs the same but increase the intensity of weight training a bit more because muscle will burn the calories quick but idk I'm not a pro. However i did lose over 100lbs years ago and have kept it off with no trainer just discipline. You look like you've lost more than what you have so congrats!
