    This is possible, and there's different ways to do it.
    I dropped 28 lbs in a month by eating only:
    * fruits,
    * overnight oats,
    * green (spinach) smoothies,
    * chicken soup (just chicken and veggies, no potatoes, pasta, or rice in the soup),
    * coffee (black no sugar),
    * and drinking lots of water and hot tea (no sugar).
    Oats are a great addition to a diet because they keep you full, and at least in my experience, they elevate my mood.
    And remember, most of it is mental. You must overcome those cravings, especially late night cravings. What helped me was reminding myself how horrible I would feel about myself the next morning if I did act on those cravings, and how amazing I would feel the next morning if I stay disciplined to my healthy diet.

      21lbs down in one month. Not quite what I wanted to do but still good nonetheless. I wasn't consistent but this month I'm going to be more consistent and try to lose 30 to 40lbs.

    I’m currently past the first week/first step of this program. After the 7 day liquid fast I lost 14 lbs. Today I move on to the cabbage soup detox for 4 days. During the liquid fast, I drank only 4 10oz protein shakes a day (premier protein) instead of 6. 4 was filling enough for me. I had 2-3 cups of Veggie broth and drank like a gallon of water a day. I’m excited to continue the journey. Updates coming soon 👍🏽.

      @@cubanalynx2383My 4 day Cabbage soup detox I lost 5lbs, I had the soup 4 times a day. Then for my 7 day 2 protein shake and salad, I lost 8lbs. I decided to add some chicken to my salad, Tomorrow is my last day for my 7 day Smoothies diet. I weigh in again Saturday morning and I will update. So far I’m down 27 lbs. I feel good and my mind is clear. The last remaining 5 days of this month, I’m debating if I should end it with a 5 day 4 protein shakes, or smoothies.

    The muscle loss isn't worth it. Eat at a daily deficit of 200-500 calories. Eat a healthy diet that is rich in protein and fiber, lift weights, do cardio, get 6-8 hours of sleep nightly and allow your body 6 months to a year to transform.

    I'm going to keep it real with y'all I have lost 55 lb four different times in my life.. what I did was run for 25 minutes a day everyday.. 25 minutes... I also limited my diet to high protein low carb... I would end up losing 5 lb a week as long as I stayed consistent with my diet and my running for 25 minutes a day. ❤ Best of luck everyone❤❤❤

      I’m at the end of week 2 of walking/running 30 minutes a day. I dropped 5 lbs in the first 3 days but have been stuck there ever since and don’t know what to do. My stomach shrunk so I eat once a day. Veggies and chicken breast or veggies and fish as my protein. Idk what to switch to, to continue to see results smh.

      @@Y2K._.CLOUDS my diet was only protein... Basically meat and cheese only... I would eat lunch meat cheese sticks.. hamburger with only the burger and cheese no bread no condiments... Yes it's very plain but it did the job.

      @@HENDO24 I get that sometimes, if you're really really strict to your exercise and diet for a long time and you plateau while doing all the right things that usually means you can eat a regular sandwich or sweet.. one time I went so long without any carbs or sweets that I lost weight when I ate ate some... But definitely only do it once in a while you're in your process .

    Been trying to lose weight for almost 4 years now. Best weight was at 160lbs now I’m 239lbs. Worked out and walked 3 miles 5x weekly since May 1,2024, have lost 0 lbs. So tomorrow I’m starting the liquid fast and will follow up with the rest. Will update here weekly.
    Update: Currently weigh 233.4 lbs on Day 4 of water fast. Ate a meal on yesterday evening but only gained .4 lbs because of it. So far 6lbs down since Tuesday. Will continue fasting 3-4days between one evening meal for 15 days. Will update on progress.

    On the liquid diet avoid soda but drink as much as you need and avoid being thirsty. I went from 242 to 220 and the weight hasnt returned for over 3 months.

    Fruit to eat in a morning blueberries and green tea (Walk on treadmill for 30 to 45 minutes every morning).
    Vegetables to eat in the afternoon: spinach (Get some green tea and enjoy the fresh air outside).
    Food to eat in the evening: fish and a healthy almond drink (Spend time with your family and relax).
    Night time: Pinch a little bit of salt and drink one cup of water before bed every day. I lost 65 pounds in 2 weeks from 320 to 255.Moreover drink 2 cup of water everyday. Keep hustle and stay healthy my friend🥰

      Yeah, only if you don’t eat for 2 weeks and run on a treadmill for 2 hours from 6 am in the morning till 8 am, take a water break or whatever you do at home, and get on a treadmill around 12 pm till 2 pm, water break again, hop on a treadmill again at 6 pm till 8 pm. After that, you gotta sleep around 9 pm and wake up at 5 am to get 8 hours of sleep and set everything again for 6 am the next day and run again. 🔁

    Listen up ya'll, I've done a 5 day water fast, but I failed because I was getting dizzy, even when I was drinking electrolytes and vitamins, it gave me great results, but it's not worth it. But recently, I lost 3 pounds in 2-3 days because I walked 30 mins a day, and only ate about 700-800 calories a day. :) GOOD LUCK!

      700-800 calories is extremely unhealthy! use an online calculator for the amount of calories u should be eating. it should have a setting of how much u wanna lose by what time

    I'm 5'1" I did cabbage soup diet lost lots of weight. I did a special diet from a acupuncture clinic in Calgary. They gave me a diet plan for 7 days to lose 15-17 Ibs per week. I lost 50 Ibs fast and I did Not starve while doing this diet. I ate a fruits veggie diet and cabbage soup diet together. The diet has some cheat days I still lost weight. I love this diet

    I’m in !! I’m currently 275, I’m stuck at 275lbs, I’ve been doing OMAD the past 4 months. Started in June, I was getting dangerously close to 312 lbs, star weight was 310 I’ve lost 35 lbs so far. I will update this in the upcoming month!!

      @@mzmoniigal I did end up getting down to 270 lbs, I was stuck somewhere in between 270-265 for a while and I have now got down to 220 pounds, I feeel great. The key is to take breaks while doing this diet because you won’t be constantly losing the weight cause sometimes you’ll hit a plateau.

    57 pounds 90 days🙌🏾 it works. Now grant it I did buy a high end juicer, but you can still use a regular juicer I’m sure. I added cardio now and pounds dropping even faster. Calorie deficit is the key honestly along with cardio if you want to keep the weight off. I did extreme to drop fast and then started light workouts to keep it off. 🙌🏾

      @@SarahAvaLynn I did the cabbage soup diet and the shakes she is speaking of. All of these do work. I did the same easy cardio routine that I follow from this lady on Facebook. Most don’t workout and still lose. I just wanted to do at least a little something so that I could keep it off afterwards. Tomorrow, I’m starting again with the liquid only to kick start & repeat the others to be down some more by June.

    I'm in! I did a 10 day water fast back in November and lost 20 lbs (175 to 155). I gained back 5 lbs within days of breaking the fast. But the rest stayed off until Easter. I gained another 5 lbs finishing off leftover candies 😅. I'm seriously gonna go for this guys! I'll leave updates after each phase 😁 btw, I'm 5' even. I weighed 110 lbs just 6 yrs ago and have gained the weight and kept it after having 3 kids in 3 yrs. We want to try for another baby soon, so I'm trying to get my weight back down before then. Pray for me! Praying for you all too ❤

      @@kayleemikulec That's the thing - people are *not* posting their starting weight. It's important because a mostly-sedentary someone who's way heavier ("obese" category where it's mostly fat, and doesn't work out) will drastically lose weight from even the tiniest effort (until they plateau). Those results won't transfer to a more active, person, like someone who is looking to lose 20 pounds - they will have to do more to get a tinier benefit.

    I lost 7lbs in 3days ….2days later I lost I was down 4lbs more…. So 11lbs in 5days was amazing to me. It works if your consistent and want to be healthy. I feel more energetic and less bloated …. I’m just starting out on my diet journey my starting weight was 247lbs my end goal is weight 180lbs I’m now down 22lbs in 2weeks amen to the most high🎉 I have 45 more pounds to go and I’m sticking to it

      Hello how are you omg I am so inspired by the comments yours has grabbed my attention extraordinarily because I 231 and I lost from last week I was 236 lb My body at times retains water so I signed up for medical weight loss no drugs or natural to help me I have not started yet I go to my but I'm a firm believer in working out as can you please pray for me as well as give me any tips I would be ever so grateful I need to lose 25 lb within a month My goal is by the first week of October to try to accomplish something it has me depressed because I feel all alone if you Google trying to lose 25 they simply try to tell you you are out of your mind but now reading all of your comments you inspire me please if you have any time feel free to give me any advice you may have I wholeheartedly appreciate it thank you God bless❤❤

    Just be mindful to keep the desired weight obtained you have to adjust your calorie intake to maintain or else you will gain the weight back and more!

    Few questions:
    1) during the liquid fast, is it just water, or are other drinks allowed just as long as it doesn’t have calories?
    2) define cabbage “soup”; because I’ve seen lots of recipes that range from super salty cabbage with broth to basically cabbage water, so I’m not sure which one is ideal?
    3) for the cabbage soup stage, do you eat just one meal a day or have cabbage soup for breakfast lunch and dinner?
    3) 2 protein shakes is kinda vague. Is there a specific recipe that ensures that you don’t make a shake with excessive calories?
    4) is it 2 protein shakes and 1 salad a DAY or during the week?
    5) what kind of smoothies are recommended during the last week?

    I’m at home all the time and not active atm and I do 800-1000 calories a day which has made me lose the weight I gained from drinking.
    If you quit drinking you’ll lose weight. Alcohol causes the liver to prioritize processing the alcohol first before anything else. So the food in your stomach is instantly turned into fat instead of used for energy.
    Quitting drinking and doing 800-1000 calories made the fat fly off for me. And I feel really good, I don’t feel lethargic or have headaches. I take vitamins and make sure I’m still eating lots of protein so I don’t lose my muscle

    I did the 7 day liquid fast for 14 days...yesterday was day 14 Down 19lbs, not too bad at all!. I'm planning on one meal(steamed veg + Greek yogurt and a shake for the next 7 days. thanks for the tips!

      @@savaliciousgamerz2859 I did ok, took it very slow to start back eating. I honestly didn't feel hunger, but the cravings are still there and during Thanksgiving and Christmas the temptation was everywhere. I did gain some of the lost ponds back when eating returned but it was quick to drop again. I stayed fluctuating between 20 and 25lbs lost thru Dec and Jan, but just today the scale has dropped below the 25lb mark. I was VERY frustrated...but last week I put a chokehold on bread and decided to focus solely on high protien and lowering calories. Anytime I crave sugar or bread, I drink a protien shake. I usually don't drink more than 2 per day. I eat nothing with more than 5 grams of sugar per serving. I'm still doing ACV shot, sometimes 2x a day and drinking lemon in my water and my collagen. Also wear a shaper or faja...it makes me feel good. I've watched so many weightloss and keto vids my FYP is full of them. Ppl who have lost alot of weight have great tips. Deciding that my health is important and that my bad habits got me here is what has done it. If one thing don't work, switch to something else. You can do this!! I'm stubborn, don't like sugar substitutes and LOVE baked goods but it can be done-you can do this!!

    Yep, but unless you sustain this extreme diet long term…the weight will come back on. I know because I have done these extreme things in the past. I lost weight, over 100lb! But you can’t eat like she’s recommending forever. If you try you will develop problems. It’s not sustainable or healthy long term. These “diet” fads mentioned here are also recommendations often used in eating disorder communities. There are also health ramifications for dropping weight too fast such as developing gallstones and having excess skin. Among other things too that can backfire on your body. Again, I know because I’ve been there.
    Just eat healthy, use portion control, and move! That’s how it has always worked y’all. Be careful of fads that can backfire in so many ways🙏🏻

    I lost 15 pounds so far I did the slim fast diet and sugar free jello and diet soda (tried to avoid them though) I used a empty water bottle to measure exactly 2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk , calories for just the milk is 60 for 2 cups, then one or one and a half scoop of vanilla slim fast powder I used one , one scoop 110 calories , I then got my protein shaker bottle, shakes very good, drank in a very small cup to slow down my intake and with a straw to slow me down, I did this 3 times a day so if you only do the shake it will be 390 calories daily intake (but that’s a little too low) I don’t recommend unless you are super overweight like me. You can even do it 4 times a day need be. But I would also have like 2 jellos a day no sugar added jellos so that was 5 calories each and a diet soda the weight dropped fast and dramatically. Hope this helps someone

    The common thing she keeps saying is “I” what may work for her may not work for you! Every BODY is different. Please use you judgment when following people who say they lost all this weight going through extreme measures. Once you start to eat like her then do you truly know your true self?     Eat meat, eggs, bacon and butter. Salt and water. You'll lose a pound a day for the first month,you won't be starving and your energy and focus will be through the roof. No gimmicks, no plans, no counting calories or macros. Easiest elimination way of eating on the planet. Ancestors got us here by eating this way. Eat ya meat🥓🥩🍖

    I realistically lost 30 pounds from 235 to 205 as of may 21st 2024 since April the way you’ll lose WEIGHT THAT WONT COME BACK going extreme measures that aren’t as extreme as hers you first want to cut all processed foods, cut off sugar anything with sugar that isn’t natural sugars like fruits, drink ONLY WATER OR BLACK COFFEE, and use the plate pie chart 1/2 plate of non starch vegetables, 1/4 plate proteins,1/4 plate carbohydrates and make sure you eat less calories and burn more calories with exercise or weight lifting this can all be done at home no equipment needed really 90% of losing weight is on your diet if you don’t eat healthy you won’t see results and it’s easy to make meals that you can incorporate the plate pie chart that way you can eat healthy and also enjoy your foods that are healthy I tried water fasting and other diets but the truth is you don’t have to go to extreme measures to lose weight and fast!

    I did 2 smoothies 1 for breakfast, 1 for dinner and a salad with protein for lunch i also did stationary bike for 45 minites for 5 to 6 days a week and I lost 57 pounds in 10 months.

    I did the liquid fast and only lost 8.8lbs in the first week. I was so discouraged that I didn’t lose that 20lbs. Or at least 15. But I didn’t exercise, so maybe that played a part. But don’t look at her weightloss numbers, because you will get discouraged 🫤 and feel like you’re not doing it right. Everybody’s body is different.

    I started June 17th with a starting weight of 250lbs.
    I’m currently leaning towards the end of week 3 currently weighing 230 lbs (and still dropping). it’s not as drastic as I’d hoped for, but the weight is definitely coming/staying off! I am tracking my progress on MyNetDiary which is very convenient for me helping me reach my goal of 170lbs. Can’t wait for week 4!

    TIP: Eat the same but in small portions. depending on the size of your plate, you can eat the same thing throughout the day and not gain weight

    During Covid (when I caught Covid), I didn’t eat for almost 2 weeks and only sipped on water the first week(no appetite at all due to coughing a lot and sore throat), week 2 I finally had a bowl of soup then an orange for snack. Still wasn’t eating much until almost end of week 3 so I can totally see how doing water fast would work and having light meals. I lost like 15pounds. Smallest I’ve seen my belly!

    Correct me if I’m wrong but this feels disordered. If you change this diet you’ll most likely gain weight back again. Portion control is much more important as well as exercise. You can eat cake and chicken as long as you listen to what your body needs, keep a balanced diet, and exercise regularly! You got this!
