I'm late to the game, but I've been lurking on FB for a year now... I'm 46, mom, MiMi and wife of 23 years. Im 5'7", 251lbs. I've never been skinny, never was a problem either...I was thick and strong! But the year after I had my son, I gained 40lbs and then it snowballed. I've now been fat longer than anything else. I NEED to loose 90lbs and get back to a healthy standard. I've looked into bariactric surgery, the normal 2wk liquid diet is similar to the 7day liquid fast you have shown. I plan to do the 7days, but I'm open to going for 2 wks to kick me off. Then start my intermittent +keto. I started the liquid diet today! I'm looking forward to see the scale move. I'm gonna have my husband measure all my areas tonight. In my excitement, my husband seems interested as well...now he's not gonna fast but he will meal replace and he usually looses weight rather quickly. Thanks for your videos, your honesty and your motivation. I CAN DO IT!

You’re a wonderful inspiration to me I’ve been struggling for so long since I was in my early 30s and I had a hysterectomy after that my body just was not kind to me. I am currently 245 pounds and I’m 5 feet 0 inches. I need to lose a minimum of 100 pounds if not 120 pounds. I turn 63 years old next month and in October my husband and I are going to celebrate 35 years together and we’re going to Paris. I don’t want to be dragging behind, or slow us down or not be able to do things because I’m so overweight and so terribly out of shape. I’ve been doing keto and for the most part intermittent fasting. But today is my day one of your four week program. Hoping to lose at least 30 pounds if not 40 pounds. Thank you again very much.

I am a frontline worker and we nurses got so much food donated to us and my fasting went out the window. i gained 40 pounds. you are so encouraging. another way to switch up is to eat 2-3 oz of fish, chicken or turkey and a cup of salad 🥗 every 3 hours. it works if you're good at meal prep. you do lose a lot

I can totally relate to the being out of breath. My highest weight was 234 lbs and knees were hurting and I felt so lethargic. Hi Keisha, I’m keep saying I’m going to do this and start Loosing this weight then every time I get in my mind I’m going to do it this week I get distracted and keep eating the way I’ve been eating and then I never actually get motivated to start mentally changing my mindset to get to ready to do something different or get myself ready! I’m currently weighing @ 213lbs and I want to get back to 150-155lbs bc that an ideal weight for me. I’m am 5’7 also and I jus turned 56 in December 25,2023 and I only have two daughters that are grown with children of their own. I jus really need some motivation to get me started! Please help me get there! We’re Curt in the month of April 12, 2023 now and have two months til summer starts I want to be able to see some results by then. I need this so bad to loose this weight and I think it will help also with this skin condition I was diagnosed with on my foot called psoriasis. I makes blisters and scaly patches form on the bottom of my foot and it’s very painful and I it has been the reason I have gain some of this weight and the other part is me jus eating too much feeling bad for myself, but I know if I loose some this weight off me if would make a world of a difference. I jus need to get motivated in my journey, can you help me get there?

First of all, you're gorgeous! Like you, I've tried many diets and my husband telling me I'm fine but I am not comfortable. During this pandemic I put on more weight that I couldn't afford to. I definitely understand what you mean by being short winded. I couldn't even complete a full sentence without running out of breath. I'm 5'1 and was 229 two days ago. Today I weighed in at 224.6. I am doing a liquid fast for 7 days. Then I'll take a day off and get back to it. That's my plan. I'm feeling really good and your videos are a motivator! Please keep them coming!

I still did my cardio daily and it did not make me feel bad. I actually had more energy. I would not do weight lifting and things like that. Just some light cardio

What do you do if you are 62 and can't exercise or sleep because of pain? I have arthritis in my hip and extreme neuropathy in my feet (no medications has eased the pain). No sleep lowers the ketosis process so I don't know what I can do about it. Any suggestions?

Hi Keisha, I am 65 years old two years ago I went and had to weight loss surgery loss weight and it all back and now I’m having a hard time getting started again I ran into it to your video last night on Instagram and I’ll tell you you are a motivator. You can do it just stay focused on wanting to be healthy.
You need to have a blood work up and a physical done by your doctor. Just make sure there are no other issues causing the weight gain. You can do it!

Hi Keisha, I’m keep saying I’m going to do this and start Loosing this weight then every time I get in my mind I’m going to do it this week I get distracted and keep eating the way I’ve been eating and then I never actually get motivated to start mentally changing my mindset to get to ready to do something different or get myself ready! I’m currently weighing @ 213lbs and I want to get back to 150-155lbs bc that an ideal weight for me. I’m am 5’7 also and I jus turned 56 in December 25,2023 and I only have two daughters that are grown with children of their own. I jus really need some motivation to get me started! Please help me get there! We’re Curt in the month of April 12, 2023 now and have two months til summer starts I want to be able to see some results by then. I need this so bad to loose this weight and I think it will help also with this skin condition I was diagnosed with on my foot called psoriasis. I makes blisters and scaly patches form on the bottom of my foot and it’s very painful and I it has been the reason I have gain some of this weight and the other part is me jus eating too much feeling bad for myself, but I know if I loose some this weight off me if would make a world of a difference. I jus need to get motivated in my journey, can you help me get there?

First of all, you're gorgeous! Like you, I've tried many diets and my husband telling me I'm fine but I am not comfortable. During this pandemic I put on more weight that I couldn't afford to. I definitely understand what you mean by being short winded. I couldn't even complete a full sentence without running out of breath. I'm 5'1 and was 229 two days ago. Today I weighed in at 224.6. I am doing a liquid fast for 7 days. Then I'll take a day off and get back to it. That's my plan. I'm feeling really good and your videos are a motivator! Please keep them coming!

Can I still go to the gym early in the morning even though I am not eating until 12 ?
I still did my cardio daily and it did not make me feel bad. I actually had more energy. I would not do weight lifting and things like that. Just some light cardio

I'm a snacker, what can I eat? I love chips, Pretzels. I'm a CNA and I sit with my client all day 9 to 5. I do not work out I have Authorius in my knees, I had this ever since I was a child so I have learned how to live with the pain if I have pain. What do you do if you are 62 and can't exercise or sleep because of pain? I have arthritis in my hip and extreme neuropathy in my feet (no medications has eased the pain). No sleep lowers the ketosis process so I don't know what I can do about it. Any suggestions?
