I'm so grateful I've found your channel. Please could you pray for me, I have 4 children and I so desperately want and need to lose weight, like you for my relationship with God, being there for my kids, my husband etc... but I never seem to achieve where I need to be. I feel like a failure and I get guilt all the time, I've convinced myself I can never do it having had so many unsuccessful attempts. Please could you pray for me, that I can achieve this breakthrough with my health and beat it once and for all. I really need Jesus's help but even though I pray for help it never happens long term. I give in and get lazy. I'm blessed to find your channel, and I'm going to start today as I mean to go on 🙏

You will be in my prayers. I am on a weight loss journey myself and even though it is not easy it is very attainable. Omad is working for me so far. Just take it one day at a time and don’t bit yourself up if even you have slip ups. Focus on renewing your mindset one day at a time and it will compound over time. God bless and strengthen you.

Congrats! Been omad since Aug and down 33lbs. Seems to work best at age 51 for me. At some point I will tighten up the diet and starting to do some weights as I am slimmer but squishy!

Thank you! I’ve been watching your videos (1st one about James Caldwell) and they have been inspiring to me to start my journey. I’ve been doing IF on and off, but this time I’m doing a 20/4 fasting window and it is working out great. (Feel great!!) I’m aiming for 23/1 window in a couple of weeks. 👌🏼

With only one meal a day it doesn't seem like you would get enough of the vegetables and protein you need. You can only eat so much at one meal.

A new study of over 20,000 adults found that those who followed an 8-hour time-restricted eating schedule, a type of intermittent fasting, had a 91% higher risk of death from cardiovascular disease. This test was done from 2003 to 2018.

Confound: people that go on intermittent fasting diets are usually obese at the start and obesity is the primary cause of heart disease. It is not intermittent fasting causing it but obesity.

lol no. You gain weight because of insulin. Fasting reduces insulin thats why you lose weight. You can’t ignore hormones and genetics.

    • @HeavenNY

That’s not true. You can pack away the same amount of calories in one meal as you would have eaten in an entire day if you eat high calorie foods. I think you’re on the wrong path
