I'm not saying your trainer doesn't know what he's doing but i often i think people think carbs are the devil but in my opinion they aren't. They actually do effect your mood also i think men negate that women losing weight fast isn't the same as men. Due to hormones that drives us crazy too. Idk why he doesn't simply keep your carbs the same but increase the intensity of weight training a bit more because muscle will burn the calories quick but idk I'm not a pro. However i did lose over 100lbs years ago and have kept it off with no trainer just discipline. You look like you've lost more than what you have so congrats!

😆 catfish are scavengers they eat anything put your toes in that water they will suck them (low key they freaks).... but yea the funkier the item the more they like it. My people use chicken livers marinated in garlic

My Yukon Golds toppled over in my raised bed too, but mine were from the wind, so I strung mine up using string and bamboo. 😂 Love how you got mystery peppers, bcuz I tend to have “mystery” stuff allover my garden since (even after 4 seasons) I’m horrible about labelling things. 🤣 You got me thinking about growing some ginger and turmeric. 🤔 Happy gardening! 💕

These look like regular potatoes to me. Purple but regular not sweet potatoes. I wouldn't throw them away replant them so you can grow them again compost the rest. Idk why you think that wasn't successful its hard to get that number of potatoes in a harvest. Watch other small growers and see how they barely get potatoes. Was your harvest damaged yes. Now how to remedy that? Don't let ants get into your root crops i think they eat them for the sugar and water. If you notice a nest get rid of it asap if you disturb them enough they will leave. Use grits use corneal that kills them but won't kill you. Orange oil works boiling water works but that might damage your crops. Diatomaceous earth works. However if these were the same potatoes you planted in may and got that harvest honey that was not a failure wasn't perfect but give yourself some grace. No harvest is ever perfect. Keep this in mind too if those holes don't go all the way through cut the bad parts out and eat that. You've given me an idea to do a video on growing up setting perfect looking foods in the store and how honestly that's not an honest picture of food. Stop beating yourself up and keep growing keep learning!

Not sure if you're familiar with kneesovertoes guy but if you incorporate his techniques i think you'll get some relief in your knee. I know since adding things he suggests all my knee pain is gone if i stop doing those simple things over a period of time my knee reminds me 😆

When did you plant those potatoes? They may simply be ready to harvest when they start dying off you harvest them. Potatoes don't take a lot of time like 3 months or so. Those look like Cayenne but I'm not 100%.

..sad to say, you need have to replant those potatoes, i tried bringing mine back to life to no avail..save your season 😬
