looking great happy gardening
Thank you!
It is my first time on your channel and I have just subscribed. Your garden is looking so great and the peppers are looking so good. Keep up the good work. All the best on this journey.🙏
Thank you for subscribing!
New subbie here. The DE should help with the ants tremendously
It's helped a lot! 🥰
Hiya, missy! ❤ I had fun watching your tour. We’re opposites because everything I grow is in containers, but now I have one raised bed. My Yukon Golds toppled over in my raised bed too, but mine were from the wind, so I strung mine up using string and bamboo. 😂 Love how you got mystery peppers, bcuz I tend to have “mystery” stuff allover my garden since (even after 4 seasons) I’m horrible about labelling things. 🤣 You got me thinking about growing some ginger and turmeric. 🤔 Happy gardening! 💕
We are the same person! 🤣 Also, definitely grow some ginger & turmeric. It's super low maintenance.
What do you pepper people do with all the peppers?????? Your garden is awesome, I’m glad RUclips suggested this video for me.
@OneMound1 - So I either eat them fresh. Use them in my daily cooking. Sometimes I freeze them for later use. Also, I dehydrate them for stews or to make chili powder.
How long can you store your chili powder? And can you make powder with other kinds of peppers?
@@OneMound1 I store mine in a glass jar for up to 6 months. But it's usually gone by then. And I use a combination of died ancho, guajillo, and chile de arbol peppers. I'll have to make a video on how I make my chili pepper.
@@OneMound1 Do you have a video on how to make sundried tomatoes!!?? That's sounds dope!
No but I should. This will be my first time trying it. I want to see if I can get them to last through the winter without refrigeration. Thanks for taking an interest! Please do let me know what you think about my garden experiment and I will continue to check out your videos when they pop up on my feed. GOD BLESS!
When did you plant those potatoes? They may simply be ready to harvest when they start dying off you harvest them. Potatoes don't take a lot of time like 3 months or so. Those look like Cayenne but I'm not 100%.
They are purple sweet potatoes. And I planted them in May. So I figured I could harvest them in the fall. But I'm not sure.
@thriveonroots not sure what zone you're in but if you're in the south may was too late to plant them and they are dying back due to heat potatoes don't like heat like that that's why they are called Irish potatoes Ireland doesn't get that hot.
@@DevaJones03 O darn. I should've researched more. Thanks for the help!!
..sad to say, you need have to replant those potatoes, i tried bringing mine back to life to no avail..save your season 😬
Right.... sadness. I was thinking the same thing.
