I bought this 35 days ago. Worked fine until yesterday. The remote will work the unit, but the buttons on top will not work now. Any ideas?

Try unplugging it and waiting for a bit and plug it in. Sometimes it works.

I have same looking model. I left room for 2 hours after installing, and when I got back the hot air almost melted the plastic sliding window.

I set mine to 70 but for some how it indicates 80 is this normal?

After setting the temperature you desire, the display will show the current room temperature.

Bad product review, also the compressor noise is very loud compared to Honeywell and LG version
