Carolin, in, 2020, the Golden conure was changed to “threatened” (changed from "endangered") and the USFWS determined that, in order to enhance the conservation of the species, they envoked the 4(d) Rule, thereby suspending the requirement for federal permits to sell the species across State lines.
You probably know the German saying - sich mit fremden Federn schmücken -, they didn't do it, but you did it for them😂. They look great with those new feathers and more important, now they can fly! Well done Carolin! 👍❤️

Very informative video about Golden Conures. They are very rare here in Ontario Canada, however there is one breeder that I am aware of that has these birds and apparently they sell for over $10,000 CAD
They are so beautiful, smart, cute and Happy. If you ask me then Sunshine want to thank you that her husband can fly again. It really is a happy couple.❤😊 I noticed that Love, Glory and Hopie are a bit jealous of the attention you give them, especially Love.😉

I believe they love you so much cause you rescue their life , you give them love and hope cause of flying again, an other owner didn't this all for them i think.😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤
Carolin, as of April 2020 golden conures (Queen of Bavaria conures) has been reclassified as threatened from endangered, and the US Fish and Wildlife Service has determined that, in order to enhance the conservation of the species, they will be evoking the 4(d) Rule essentially suspending the requirement for federal permits to sell the species across State lines.
Oooh great idea for a video! There are only a couple of breeders in Australia and they are super expensive here. Edit: omg, they are wayyy cheaper here once you take the exchange rate into account! They seem like amazing birds. I love the size. Good compact parrot. That breeder should be ashamed of himself. I wonder what makes breeding them so difficult? I'll have to research it. About to do a training consult this afternoon and take a new owner to a breeder to look for her new companion, and if they have clipped the bird, we are walking right out!
Totally compact Parrots! They are the perfect size! The breeder wasn’t really nice to them. Yes. He rises them but clipping their tail and wings is inhumane , abusive and cruel. If I wouldn’t have imp them they would have been scarred for life with FDB.
You did a great job on Star's tail. I was so worried he'd have trouble flying well due to the state of his tail. Oh, that's right, his beak! How did you go with the beak epoxy?

Angels beak got split 2 years ago when he attacked Love and he had to get his beak fix. There are videos abut it on my channel. December 2022

Beak is healed. Right the next day he was back up and running playing
those beads are very easy to swallow
They don’t swallow them. They know the difference between food and toy.
Be careful of the beads. If they eat them, it’s all over.
