Easy Vanilla Cupcakes

Mise en place ( set all the equipment and ingredients on the working surface)
INGREDIENTS
►180-200g whole egg ( about 3 large eggs)
►100g caster sugar
►100g cake flour sifted
►50 g vegetal oil ( or melted butter cooled at room temperature)
►pinch of baking powder mixed into the flour
► Vanilla or whatever essence you prefer
Set the oven to heat at 170 degrees Celsius ( you can use an air fryer if you don't have an oven )
Start beating the eggs, and add the sugar gradually once the eggs have tripled in volume and look like a thin mayonnaise. After beating in the sugar for 2-3 minutes, add the oil gradually and essence and keep stirring. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Pour the mixture into the cases and bake for 15 minutes.
Leave the cupcakes to cool, then decorate as per preference.

►cup for oil (save time tip: place the oil bottle on the scale and set it to zero; pour the oil in the mix little by little till the scale shows you've poured the required amount)
►bowl/cup for measuring the sugar ( save time tip: place the sugar bag on the scale and set it to zero; take out the sugar required with a spoon )
►bowl for measuring/sifting the flour( save time tip: place the flour bag on the scale and set it to zero; with a spoon, take out as much flour as is required and use a small sieve to sift the flour straight on the jug, add the baking powder as you sift )
