What I missed is that the meat that the people ate was actually Alec’s body which was messed up that his wife and daughter ate his body. Also missed the part that Anna is acted by Ashley Johnson who was Ellie in the game and Kathleen’s bodyguard being Tommy’s actor from the game
Troy Baker, who played Joel in the game, plays James who is David's right hand man.
Actually, they did mention Jeffrey Pierce played Kathleen's bodyguard and was Tommy's voice.
We don't know that's a fact. Sure they ate people. But they already had 3 in storage, the order they were eaten means it could have been someone that died earlier.

lmao buddy the show was worse in every single aspect. and they cut half the content out you know nothing. and the fact they made Joel an incompetent cowardly old man is ridiculous, they ruined the show, they let the black 2woman keep he4r role as Marlene but replaced the two straight white men with Hispanics. and they made Sarah black lmao, i personally liked the actress that played Sarah and would have rather seen her platy Ellie. bhut hey they kept[t the gay white men and took his entire story changed it into AN hour long gay loved scene.

Joel said that the outbreak could have been caused by something in the foodchain like flour. I can't help but think that they were out of pancake mix on Joel's birthday (Ep. 1) which saved he & Sarah, meanwhile the Grandmother next door was eating biscuits & she ended up infected.
I loved in episode 8, when they were all eating chili, that the ones who knew about the canabalism ate slow, while the others ate fast
This show is probably one of the best, if not the best, video game adaptions put to screen
In the doctor scene I burned them with the flamethrower

The number one thing missed was the actual infected!!! In only 2 episodes (outside of the initial outbreak) where there was more than one infected in it!
The whole point was to hopefully get a cure for this fungus that has infected the world! We barely see anything with said overrun world.
Love these actors. They did such a great job at portraying their characters. I haven't finished watching the show though . I need to catch up!! Such a good show!!

You know what I really loved and liked about this live-action video-game adaptation Television series for The Last of Us is that making me scares preparing to get emotional and broken.

Joel's hearing impediment on the right side is also explained in the show. In the season finale, he tells Ellie that the scar on the same side of his face is from him attempting to shoot himself in the head on the second day of the outbreak. That's a point blank shot right on the ear.
Another fun fact they didn’t mention. The actress who played Ellie’s mother in the show plays Ellie in the game. So there are quite a few game actor cameos in the show.
The giraffe toys and posters were foreshadowed in the game, so that’s just recreated in the show, plus the biggest detail in the entire series is Ashley Johnson playing Ellie’s mum, who is the original Ellie in the gaming series. Oh and you do find out what happened to the sewer group, there’s a dead body, a note and kids bodies covered in sheets in one of the rooms, it’s horrific.
Yes, I was so bummed that the show didn't show what happened to them in the sewers. I at least expected them to come across the bodies

For anyone who loved the story and the characters; PLAY THE GAMES. It is 100% worth it. And even though you know roughly where the story is headed, there is sooooo much that the show leaves out simply because there isn’t enough time.

I went to watch Quantumania. I almost didn't go because of the bad reviews the movie was getting. And what a surprise! Is the movie good. In my opinion Quantumania is better than Multiverse of Madness, better than Love and Thunder and better than Wakanda Forever. It's the best Marvel movie in years. The film received unfair criticism as it features an excellent story, a well-functioning plot, excellent special effects, and the ending of the film leaves open the theory that Ant-Man created Kang's variants when the Conqueror fell into the engine core. multidimensional. It's an excellent film and I recommend it.

Like the doctor one and the lullaby one were word for word just in the "what you missed in the last episode" and the naughty dog logo and abbys actress. Also the fungus and ellie killing joel. I was hoping for things I haven't already watched on your channel. It legit looks like you just took the already filmed clips and added them into this
EDIT: I went back to confirm that the clips (at least for episode 8 so probably all) are the exact same clips. This is very lazy writing

Loveable no, sympathetic yes. You think this way and some others in another way. Don't think that a lot of people will agree with you, some will. The game ended in a way that makes us say, should he had lie or are we happy that Joel got what he wanted, think about it, he was never a good nor a bad man, just human being finding a way to fight, something to live for. Some will feel like that maybe he should have let Ellie die but his father instincts wouldn't let him. By the end some rooted and some just fell like that he should at least told Ellie the truth.

Especially, when you have a single resource that you know about. Try to actually ascertain how Ellie's immunity works. Don't just jump to a conclusion and then attempt to do a procedure that is going to kill out of the gate, and may very well not succeed as this is a post-apocalyptic world, not one with all the necessary equipment to synthesize a cure. But the Fireflies were never to be seen as a viable organization, but as a clumsy group that never actually did anything in a rational way. Even in the show Marlene lamented that the Fireflies were ineffective because of their particular brand of revolutionary fight. That is you don't use terroristic methods to fight a war for freedom because you just cast yourself as bad guys in the eyes of the general population.
I found an Easter Egg in THIS video WatchMojp may have missed. When (game) Ellie is playing the guitar, she's singing "Take On Me" by A-ha. When (HBO) Ellie's mother is indeed singing "The Sun Always Shines on TV" to her new born daughter. The actress, Ashley Johnson, playing Anna Williams, also voiced Ellie in game.
ellie has the tape by AHHA in her room in ep8 that tape has take on me on it. joel only taught her how to play it she already knew the song.
Maybe mention your video has massive spoilers to subsequent seasons. Not all of us played the video game.

The last episode …. Playing it in game made it seem like you had a choice and everything you’re doing is not just violence, you’re protecting yourself and Ellie!- there’s a good reason! You take your time, you think about it. And it feels almost justified
The show gave no excuses it was brutal. I watched the entire hospital scene with my jaw dropped. I think what they tried to get across in the game didn’t make sense in the sequel to it. I mean he super messed up, but his reasoning was more easy to relate to. He was just being a dad! but seeing it in a live action scenario? Zero hesitation. They didn’t tip toe around what that scene meant. It was clear and plain and it was hard to watch
