To the people being confused, the clone's hand probably doesn't age any faster. Actual limb transplants have been done in the past and what happens is that they take the characteristics of the new host's body, changing size, bone density and skin color after a while. Because new cells have to be created for the repairs for these limbs, meaning that the host body is creating the new repaired cells, basically making the hand into a normal Bruce Wayne hand minus probably the scarring for the reattachment. Dark, so very dark. This is the sort of storyline that by rights _should_ leave a lasting mark in the very concept of the characters and the style of stories. Have enough of them and the genre of storytelling ought to become more like personal horror. Also, I am not sure a canon with Bruce having a right hand that was transplanted from his own clone would make a whole lot of sense. Are we to believe that the hand will be skillfully implanted and then go through the physical stress of punching the likes of Killer Croc or Bane every tuesday? Frankly, that is a whole new source of body horror in and of itself.
Does that mean Bruce's hand will continue aging faster, or is the idea behind this that with real Bruce's blood flowing through the clone's hand, it will stabilize the aging process?🤔 But shouldn't the failings in the clone's DNA that are causing the accelerated aging also lead to inconsistencies in bonding with Bruce's body and cause the hand to decay in some way anyhow?? 🤔
Y’know this arc had me really doubting the future of Batman but damn they low key stuck the landing. Batman literally defeating the Batman that everyone perceives him as the crazed militaristic loner. And saving Bruce Wayne the confused kid who feels alone in this world who gets to die peacefully in old age seeing all the people who loved him care. And the final act of Bruce Wayne before his death being the giving of a second chance. is kind of sorta the perfect ending thematically speaking
wait you can make a robot that rivals superman batman and the justice league, but not a robotic arm with also the help of cyborg, also wouldnt the arm age faster, or cause incredible pain or remove years of his lifespan? i wouldve prefered him have roboarm, making his arc to become guts of berserk complete
Whats with Dick, Jason, and Tim all having sideburn masks? Like why do they all have points going down the sides of their cheeks? The only time i remember any of them having this is in the Gotham Knights game.
That’s kinda lame that he died like this but Conner is still up and running. Granted, most other attempts just created Bizzaros. This all said, the hand shouldn’t age at a different rate just because it was transplanted. Bruce’s hand should have fallen off by the time the clone died
Remember when Batman was about solving crimes? I hate how every other story arch is some status quo changing shock bait just to be undone by the following arc.
Does attaching the hand to Bruce make it stop aging rapidly? If not won’t he just loose his hand again? And if it does then couldn’t they just use Bruce to save the clone?
Honestly? Terrible choice for the story, Batman never had a lasting injury like missing the hand, I was hoping it was gonna be a permanent reminder of this arc.

Honestly a cloned Bruce Wayne is probably the only way Batman couldve accomplished all that he has without being a Simpson character that doesn't age.
Of course they wouldn’t never allow Batman to have a permanent injury but hey at least he helped his clone out
Does attaching the hand to Bruce make it stop aging rapidly? If not won’t he just loose his hand again? And if it does then couldn’t they just use Bruce to save the clone?
In a surprise twist, since the hand is made from the clones DNA, well... Let's just say Bruce feels like an old hand at dealing with wierdness.
Damn that must be crazy looking down and realize that you're missing your hand like picture that for a second
Honestly? Terrible choice for the story, Batman never had a lasting injury like missing the hand, I was hoping it was gonna be a permanent reminder of this arc.
