For me, the richest city is when I don’t see homeless people in the city, no drunken people in subway, clean and safe everywhere. So far, I only see it in Singapore. If only richest people live in that city, it can’t be listed as richest city. What do they contribute to that city they live in? They should help give places to the homeless, pay more workers to clean the city or invest in education to educate the people or the outsiders who come to live in there, to take care of the city they live in

You should also list population of poor people in each of these 10 cities. Some of those cities may belong to the poorest city too while they are ranked as the richest city.

The US has roughly the same homeless rate as China lol. China just hides them under highways and in alleys but at night in a city like Shenzhen for example you'll see them. The US doesn't even have the most homeless in the American continent.

The title is misleading. This is a list of cities with the highest number of rich people in their city.
You could flip the question and find the highest number of poor people in cities then some of those cities will rank poorly.
I would say that a better representation would be to rank cities based on percentage who are wealthy and lowest percentage of poor people.
