It’s always so funny seeing Dennis & Richard together. They could not be more different in just about everything except for their love of cars. Both of their business models obviously work and I think because they are so different it actually helps them both. Can you imagine the great life these guys have…finding and working on these dream cars of the past. Hanging out with your best friend randomly on a Wednesday afternoon. Lol. Really great stuff!
As a kid I remember the neighbor saying that. Except it had to do with the 8 track player. Both of them were long-haul truckers. Today they call it Bluetooth.
I used to work the Mannheim Auctions with my car haulers and we would have multiple trucks pulling out 10 car loads constantly. The loading area always looked like an ocean of car haulers. Most of the time there was barely enough area to stage the load, but fortunately we had excellent drivers with a ton of experience that could just look at the load sheet and put the puzzle together in their heads, then go grab each car in order to make it fit. Back, drive, back, drive, drive, raise those top decks all the way up. Back one in behind the cab, back one into the lower trailer deck one, raise it up, stuff one in the belly, drive another two onto the last two lower decks and drop it all down to, eh hem, 13’6” (lol😂). The load competition to see who could stack the puzzle ready to roll the quickest with a perfectly safe load was always fun. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
Im in the biz. I painted alot of Cherokees back in the day. The nice thing, and the bad thing is that they are so strait. That one is steller! Laser strait and clean. Cudoes to your crew, nice work!
So THAT was John Clay Wolfe. I listen to his show every Saturday in the garage while I'm banging away on the latest project. Didn't have a clue what he looked like. Not at all what I expected. Thanks DC/RR!
Absolutely love watching coffee walk. You are such a class act. So are all of your cast members on the show. Absolutely love your patience with your friend Richard even though you have to muzzle him lol. Love it. Great episode.
I just recently had a 98 jeep Grand Laredo.. 2 wheel drive given to me. Definitely one of the cleanest 98’s I’ve seen probably since 98.. prior owner said it’s supposedly 1 of 1500… I don’t know why?? But it’s definitely very clean inside and out!! Yall stay blessed.
Always great viewing when you and RRR are together 2 guys who have been great mates for years..coffee walk episode the highlight of my weeks viewing,,,
Dennis do you remember when Vetts were impossible to get due to the strike in ‘97 or ‘98 I think it was? We were buying them on MSO outa California and bringing them to the sale in Dallas and getting an easy $10,000 over MSO for every one we could get. It was nearly as crazy when Volkswagen started making Beetles again and when BMW came out with the Z3. We made some big money back in the late 90’s!!!
You two guys have great camera chemistry. You can see when folks just work well on camera together as a compliment instead of a compromise in the content flow. Obviously been doing THIS stuff for a few years, lol. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
Wow what a beautiful paint job. The colors amazing and looks amazingly deep it's hard to make that color work the way it's supposed to look, y'all got a great painter
My opinion a Cyber truck has no value, I wouldn't own one, if I was given one I would either put it on bring a trailer or take it to what ever local dealer had a truck in stock I actually wanted.
I still can't come to terms that this failed art project made it all the way to production, and people are actually thrilled with this truck. Our future in automobiles is doomed.
The cyber truck has a look about it for sure, reminiscent of a refrigerator that mated with an industrial coffee machine. This winter in the midwest was pretty mild, regardless the hours to charge and reduced range certainly had it’s impact. Blend all this together with the safety concerns around the batteries - I can’t wait to see the synthetic fuels (of which there are many) start becoming mainstream.
I could see a remake of the logo: Dennis' Coffee Walk on the pocket...angle shots of his old jeeps drawn on the back... not too big, gets too hot, all that ink. black and white. possible tag line: Jeep Life... Jeep Owner's Club... Jeeps always make me smile. Btw, that lime green paint reminds me of my parent's Naugahyde couch from the 70s. As a trim carpenter, your coffee room rough sawn trim choices could use a make over too.... big fan.
That Chief Super GURU , must be Seriously Sharp and Right On it, Running 6 different Auctions and making decisions on those Auctions every Minute, Very Good, lol 👍😃 I like that sort of Stuff, A Top Quality paint Job on the Cherokee
That auction is just nuts ! You guys remind me of Martin & Lewis back in the day…..I’ll leave it to your ego’s to figure out which you are in the team 🤣 That Green is awesome, I’m with the others, must see when done !
I need to take an anti-nausea medication to deal with Ass Monkey being in this video. I'll stay the course and deal with it because Dennis is such a genuine car guy.
OK I’ve got the original winter sticker sold for 56K the paint job is 3K the back bumper tire rack was $1700 tires $1400 breaks were done front finders $500 back shocks new $400
Correct me if I am wrong, I heard and its only what I heard is that once someone buys a tesla truck there is something in the clause that you cannot try and re-sell it til after a year of ownership. I honestly believe it’s bogus but I hear from more people whenever the conversation pops up.
I was at cars and coffee this past Saturday morning here in San Antonio TX and 2 of these turds were there can’t believe people were in awe over these garbage cans with wheels
I remember being at Manheim Dallas back in 95 or 96 when a Jeep Cherokee had the throttle body stick and it shot through the lane taking out several people. I think it was owned by ADT back then before Manheim bought them out. It was my first sale there and I was only used to Big H in Houston, San Antonio AA, and the sale in Phoenix/ Phe-nasty as we called it back then. It just seemed like that town was all ghetto in the mid 90’s. I was one of the top buyers for Ugly Duckling Car Sales back then. The team that Chuck McGinnis put together back then pretty much broke that company. They needed more cars than they could deal with for tax season every year and what they were paying us buyers was crazy. I would love to open a ton of note lots based on their formula one day, but I would have to pay the buyers s salary instead of per every purchase and per every sale off the lot. It was very good while it lasted but it became their downfall.
🚨 I got factor meals ordered about six months ago and I don’t know what happened but within the last three months they kept screwing up my order and not delivering the food on time. I had to cancel unfortunately…🚨
Saw my 1st Cybertruck northbound us101 in central CA last week. It looks so odd compared to everything else on the road that I think its going to cause distracted driver accidents.
I have a really old gas monkey shirt my dad got me when he visited Texas. Its faded gas monkey lettering with the big monkey sticking his tongue out and it says blood, sweat and beers on the back. It’s ripped under an armpit and I’ve painted in it so it’s got patina but I love it. Gotta get me a coffee walk shirt too to go with it.
Dennis I can`t say it enough, you are living the dream my friend, Richard as well. I gotta say that auction looked like controlled chaos. I gotta tell ya, i`m a beer guy, would I love to drink some beers and talk cars with you 2 guys, I am a mopar nut and the closer to original stock the better, mid 60`s early 70`s were ruling the streets when I grew up. We cruised Gratiot 30 minutes north of Detroit and Cudas, Chargers, Challengers, Camaros, road runners and Chevelles were every where and in that 20 year span of car greatness, I only seen one Hemi in my life, it was in a 69 Dart, that`s how rare Hemis were and no family would touch them, love what you guys do. Wow, i`m not a Jeep guy, but that was some gorgeous paint let me tell ya. I watch a lot of auctions and I hear the classic car market may have peaked, who knows, be well and keep em coming.
For your customers map, just put a tv touch screen with the ability to keep in memory the location they put on themself and display all of them. A king of customized google earth app. Probably easy and cheap to do.
Anyone that would pay almost a quarter mil for the recycled kitchen sink on wheels deserves to lose their butt... The Jeep Cherokee is going to look really nice when it's done.. LOVE the color. Not like you don't already have enough to do, but could you do a quick update when it's done ?
I just seen a badass Jeep on Facebook Market that is sitting on a Chevy frame it don't have an engine but lots of goodies and they're asking 4K even has a hood scoop it looks badass
Top episode and great to see you two together having a nice time. That Cyber thing is🤮. The paint job from the xj is awesome wanna see more of it.And then the food!...😋😋😋😋. Greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱😉🇳🇱👍🇳🇱👋🇳🇱

Outstanding paint job on the XJ😊

The XJ and ZJ are both getting so desirable for good reasons. Love em
NEED an update on that XJ once it rolls out of the garage. Looks fantastic already
$200K for a truck that isn't a truck. People will buy anything.
Can't fix stupid...
Like the P.T Cruiser, when it first came out. They were all back ordered. Now you couldn't give one away !!.
What makes the cybertruck not a truck?
Not a truck, play thing for the wealthy.
It can't haul a 4X8 sheet of plywood or much of anything else. And it can't tow a trailer for any realistic distance.@@achasilas6535
The green on that Cherokee is outstanding. thanks for the paint code. This will look nice on my Bugatti
The picture of that cybercrap almost made me skip the video 😂
Me 2. Cyber🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 Bull 💩
Its just a crap vehicle.. so what.. It was Ass Monkey that gives me the nausea
It's always crap to the people who don't and will never own one.
me too

I wouldn't own a Tesla period!!!

Had 2 cherokee XJs, last one was totalled. Miss that one. Love the color, the hunter Green is awesome!
So cool Dennis and Richard are genuinely best friends I love when the RUclips channels mesh.
It looks like something from a Schwarzenegger movie from the 80s
Yeah that's what I been saying
Reminds me of Total Recall or Running Man aesthetic
Or Robocop. lol

My mom used to work for Mannheim auctions out of Dothan Alabama. For a long time she is the only one Mercedes would allow to run their auction.
Remember the PT cruiser when they came-out? The cyber truck values will fall just as fast. That’s why Dennis and Richard weren’t bidding on it.
Finally an XJ Cherokee, always pays to watch until the end….please show the vehicle once completed!! 🙏
Worth can be quite different from what buyers that follow a brand or model of car will donate to you or another seller.
I picked up a slightly varied version of the Midas Monkey for a buck today, same GMG logo on the package, but had “Hot Wheels” on the side of the car.
