I’d love more videos on how to plan
Training long time any form of fighting can build good visualization, this can help to put better plan, and adjust the plan when needed
Planning when it comes to elaborate vacations with children is essential. Need trans, sustainment, lodging, etc. if we are visiting places to hike then a terrain analysis/IPB must take place. A lot of things can be translated into the military planning structure. Great vid, perhaps this idea can be a future topic.
The anecdote help put a mental image of what the video is talking about, pretty cool!
Respice Finem … this is the truth … 👍
Awesome,a good lesson for today!!!
I appreciate for your super helpful videos
One might need to game(war-game) different sarnarios to better understand "cause and effect!!!!👍👍🤝💪✌️🎯😶🌫️
I believe successful planning will need visualization, because to achieve certain goal or reach what's wanted to reach, strong sense of visualization would help to avoid or reduce or mitigate the loss or obstacles
What if you struggle with visualization?
@@benjaminkok1945 you won't, it's a good aid.
By the way I watch a lot of your videos but this one was very good .
Roger that 😇👍
PACE Planning - Primary, Alternative, Contingency, Emergency. Great tips! Thanks for the awesome and informative video.
It's the flipside of the WW2 expression about the law of the 7 P's. ;)
I am going to be hip and say your video was dope ! It was a high giving epiphany The way you explained it , I went knowing it was important to realizing it's essential. I also have seen how a good plan touchs on many aspects of the operation.
We called it the "6P's" in the Air Force: Piss Pot Poor Planning Produces PAIN
I just ate combo snickers, mars, KitKat, for tomorrow day🤫, I ate some sugar for this next week to start
Can we get more elite performance skills please!!!!!!!😊
I'm a Master Planner 😎
I can still make good plans, thanks in no small part to my military experience.
However, my problem, since incurring multiple head injuries, is in the execution of my plans. I don't know how to describe it, other than to borrow a line from an old Aerosmith song:
...my "Get Up and Go" must have got up and went...
It's not a lack of desire; And, it isn't linked to an inability to be motivated...at least not in the traditional sense. It's almost like I damaged my Actuator Switch, the part responsible for actually Doing.
Idk...
But it f'n sucks
I plan for tomorrow, I will wake up drink my fat burner flavoured powder, then take a bath, clean my tooth, drive my car to my job, eat my breakfast boiled chicken breast and canned sugar free corn, then later come back. Sleep take bath, then drink my energy powder while driving my car to my dojo and running
i did it!!!! i made a plan and followed through , it worked!!!!!! i woke up and thought i really have to pee so i made a plan to get the pee out, i executed the plan and boom the pee was out!! just like that.
And when plan in combat or battle or against enemy, the enemy would like to overpower you or overtake your plan, come above your plan
I read an SAS leadership book on this subject. The method I learnt on planning in it has been helpful in my life for achieving my goals and getting things done. The steps of the method are:
1. Determine the mission
2. Identify threats and create contingencies
3. Identify available resources
4. Evaluate previous experiences
5. Determine the best course of action.
I find going through this method gives me structure to how I go about planning and getting things done in my life. I hope this can help others.
Hooah'
Ooh-rah!
If the person can visualize good, can see through objects, can see what's next would be, then can plan better, with continues training can see sense anticipate the upcoming event or what's going to happen later on

Planned a 2.5 day stag party with 14 people. The main exercise was an amazing race lasting most of the day. The teams travelled about 15km all up. Also catered for them and made sure we could feed them all in less than an hour.
Required a good plan and lots of lists.
This is a wonderful short articulation of the virtues of proactive planning and operating in a dynamic environment. As an archaeologist with fieldwork projects I felt myself being spoken to. All of what you stated applies directly.
can you make a video on how to minimise risks of injuries while training and while deployed?
