The collard greens..O M G G G...it was worth it following this recipe for that alone: The combination of flavors are simply amazing and the addition of the apple cider vinegar accentuates the palate with a very subtle, yet divine tartness. The collard green recipe is definitely a keeper, as it even kept teenagers coming back for more!
