Named items that don't have a special talent, have a maxed roll atribute that CAN'T be extracted to the library.
I THINK that's the case with the sniper and DH mask.
You can also get God roll gloves from clan vendor(weapon dmg 15%)
I have to find her this week. Those rolls are insane!!! I need to rebuild my Aces, Rifle and Assault Rifle builds. I'm going to use another character to get all the parts for a lvl 40 Nemesis. Great video!!!

The clan vendor is selling assault rifles with max headshot damage and weapon damage right now. Also an SMG and gloves with max weapon damage, I believe

D&H got nerfed, yes. But....some brave agents out there decide to do a Captain America 🛡 build with R&K's Forge and some armor regen + gunner/technician spec while everyone else can't push up on Capitol Building....🤷🏿♂️

I haven’t tried extracting yet but I thought that you can’t extract attributes that have yellow lettering (like that 137% headshot damage).

Ok i havent found a single video about this and im 100% lost i havent played this game in months and i have absolutly no idea what has changed in lv 40 now and i have absolutly nothing good not a single item and im dying so much im solo as well which dont help ive got no idea what to to and i cant find a single video telling me how i should get good gear and it doesn't help im not getting anything but trash items what am i suppose to do and what mission can I even farm?
So log out, log in works 100% of the times in 10% of the times? :D Also anyone else still having the sound problem or gun not shooting? (I do)

You have to kill all hunters in the open world first and open the ivory chest at BoO in order for it to appear at the vendor.

I'd like to know also. @LethalvD Did you have to complete NY and go back to DC after reaching 40? Can a ALT that hasn't visited NY yet get these?

Yes you can, but the talents and gear score are lower. Depends on your lvl rank.I'm still in lvl 30 and I can buy them.

Been having an issue with my gear set mask in my inventory information area that shows attributes and such is blank anyone else having this issue
