RNG is the problem. Allow us to improve our guns through use and gain an affinity bonus. If you find a gun you like and want to standardize with it, it will grow more powerful through use. Finding gear and perks through RNG is pure shite.
Familiarity would be a great mechanic that would encourage you to keep and continue using a weapon. Perhaps allow Familiarity to upgrade Core Attribute levels up to (and maybe beyond) the normal caps, and maybe even have a Familiarity Talent that you can choose (Which would also let you put on a new moniker for the weapon from a series of predetermined words and symbols, like the military alphanumerics as well as faction terms and slang).
having 12 bars of armor is useless, few hits from the enemy deplete your armor easily i hope they can do something about it, it feels that my armor is useless.
That AND the armor regeneration could be higher. Right now I have gear and mods that have like 15k per second and my armor is like 1.2million. That’s small in that scale. My health on kill is like 30k but barely does anything. I remember I had knee pads that have patience which was a game changer.
the Enemies scale (for which ever strange reason) to your skills. So if you have 2 million armor they still one shot you, if you have 600K they one shot you but for about 800K, so a one shot will remain a one-shot. Don't bother with Blues right now.
My biggest issue is matchmaking, if my world is set to challenging I should be matched into challenging, the gear and enemies on lower levels are meaningless to me
You know over to actually be really helpful is if someone put together a chart outlining what armor DPS and output of healing one needs to have for each level of difficulty. That would be fantastic because then you could get a sense of when you would be ready for the next level. Because apparently there's somebody out there that's put out millions of healing and with that in mind my healer build is probably not even good enough for story mode.
It's not just purples dropping but the amount of drops feels low and the chance for God rolls (1 min) feels horrendous. I did a Heroic Air & Space Museum and in a 24:17 run not a single drop had a high stat roll. What's the point of pushing myself to the limit and getting nothing for it?

I did it but the recalibration made it to level 30 when I’m in 40 and the DMG isn’t great no more. It said it would take it to LV 515?!!

Loot Higher difficulties should provide good loot and they are aware, that purple items drop, where they should not be. Challenging should not drop purples, if you have a video of that happening, please send it in. Containers in the open world and the missions currently don’t scale with the difficulty, so you will currently encounter purple drops there. (that is also not intended)
It is intended for crates in the open world and missions. They are all the same normal world tier. They don't want us just getting geared running around the open world.
slightlylifted it was off a mob in bank headquarters challenging difficulty. Haven’t had any drop since. So maybe there is a low chance? I do get tons in boxes though.
I think the only thing with enemies that could use lowering is their insane weapon damage, not to lower it much, just so you don’t get melted by 3 bullets. The theme of this patch is building for group buffs, once you start making builds that buff everyone you will notice a huge difference on Heroics.

Anything past that starts to get to be too much and I agree some work needs to be done there, but ya'll complaining about hard is both hilarious and cringe. Farming heroic control points is useless aswell I farmed for an hour yesterday and kept getting one gold and all purples out of the loot room what's the point of a looter shooter that doesnt give you loot
There’s a season cache dupe you can do, having one in your inventory, matchmake for anything in the game (bounties is what I did) kill something and you should get a cache in each lobby you join. Leave then do it again
I've only got an issue with the quality of drops such as only playing challenge or heroic global difficulty and getting purple drops or really bad rolls on high end gear besides that I'd say some improvements have been made I've seen a significant increase in drops for exotics since the update I've had about 7bdrops sonar before the update that would have taken me months .. great video
This game used to be fun. Now every elite is just a bullet sponge, even on normal. It takes me 2 clips of a 100 bullet LMG to kill one elite inside a control 4 point. Oh and guess what, the elites in lvl4 points are beefier than regular elites. Why do this? They wont get anymore of my money.

Before watching the video, I know one thing that would immediately make my loot rolling and recalibration life easier. First and foremost, upgrading an existing stat roll should not cost you the ability to recalibrate other stats. Basically, you should be able to swap out one slot, and upgrade the percentage of the other(s), or change the talent and upgrade the attributes. It's so incredibly annoying when an otherwise good weapon or named item rolls a good attribute or three, but very low percentages, and thus the entire item is worthless because despite having the right attribute types, they're all bad rolls and you can only bring ONE up to snuff. Balance it by way of having upgraded stats on an item never be max rolls (So if the stat's max is 15%, cap an Upgrade to 13.5% or something).
Also what are the numbers that were trying to shoot for now with like DPS on guns? It used to be 26K was pretty good for an AR but now who knows. With these new highly bloated numbers that we have to deal with regards to armor and DPS I don't know about anybody else but it's gonna difficult for me to figure out where you stand?
This is honestly the most annoying issue. Sure, NPCs being almost in good mode is annoying as well; yet spending hours in a game focusing on getting loot to become better, more effective, and or capable and then the loot quality being poor is the real frustration. It’s frustration due to my time being invested not having a good return of investment. I hope they fix this ASAP

I'm a console pleb, but ever since the update for warlords I'm having very bad rendering issues. Most of the time I have to stand still and let the world slowly load in before I can play. Issac off sync, missing audio, npc's shooting me but not loaded in
We need to have NPC's balanced before we even think about getting speed running into the conversation as far as rewards go. I agree that hard difficulty feels fair.
My take is that most exotic weapons are pretty weak. Like the lady death smg. Small mag low damage yes it gets a 60% damage increase but even with that my max rolled Aug does around 10k more damage and has a bigger mag and higher ceit chance because u can put mods on. I did calculate the 60% damage increase of the lady death. It is like I said 10k less damage plus less crit and small mag. See goes for the chameleon very low damage and it gets that huge damage buff but it still has less damage then another assault rifles I use. Plus the range on other assault rifles is a lot longer so less damage drop off. The named weapons and gear seems mostly pretty powerful thought. Most exotics are just pretty weak tbh.
With the Warlord of New York DLC feels that they buffed the enemy’s damage and some enemies are now acting as a bulletsponge for new players and you got your ass whooped several times before you can kill every enemy in PVE and feels like that they nerfed the armour...
It would be worth to go into Heroic if the Loot would be worth it. Its better to run 3x on Challenging then 1 on Heroic. "If the Juice is not worth the squeeze" ;)
I swear these mission difficulties are seriously overly difficult, like try doing federal reserve dunker on heroic the end is nearly impossible to beat, the game is seriously unbalanced why is it that they take 5 mags to kill and we take 5 bullets, in a cramped room full of suicide bombers tank rushers and guys with guns that can down u in less then a second, please tell me where is the balance when they think of this shit, these devs must have their heads firmly planted up their ass
Ubisoft wants us to farm for god rolls like we always have the time for that. This game does not give u any type of good loot. How can we do any challenging or heroic missions or strongholds and we barley get any gear as it is. It sucks

You know this is what I have a problem with, If after the season is done they're going to roll the mask into the loot pool then what is the point of running the season? In the Diablo 3 they have seasons as well and you run those seasons to get high end legendary gear that you can't get elsewhere in the game and after that season is done you can't get it ever again. There is the Built-in incentive to run the season. What actually is the incentive to run the season in division 2 if everything you get pretty much from the season you can just get later on In the normal game.
mike Cochran Good point. One person recommended that they should do like Destiny 1. Earn this currency that you can use in missions to increase your chances of earning an exotic. And they stack so you can use 15 of them to increase your chances, but might not get nothing.
Uhh false? The legendaries get added to the loot pool after the season. The incentive is having them during current meta and the customization shit you get per season.

OK I just got to the point in the video were you talked about people running healer builds. Healer builds are not viable at all for anything higher than may be hard difficulty. A healer build for higher than hard difficulty needs to be able to heal a person through millions of points of damage And right now that is just not possible. Plus if you're going against black tusk your heals are limited because they're tossing EMPs which basically stop you from healing altogether. There are no abilities to physically heal someone in the game you have to use devices. And since there's no way to stop an EMP from working except for shooting it and since you get EMP'd when war dogs explode team healing is just not a real thing in this game. I wish it was a real thing in this game but it's just not. In order to attempt to even be a healer in this game you need to go all 6 yellow and pretty much give up all your weapon damage and since armor really doesn't matter in the game either stacking armor doesn't work either and you basically go down because of flanking enemies. And because you're a squishy, Do no damage, And will probably die before the rest of your team because of flanking enemies that you of course can't kill, And of course once you're down no healing is happening on top of EMP drops and not being able to heal through millions of the DPS points of damage, This is why unfortunately healing is not a thing in this game.
Healer builds are viable. my chem does 1.2m on hit and 200k on ticks and my hive does 334k per stim hitting you, the trick is to apply the heal before your teammates actually need it....also my friend has a tank shield build sitting at 1.8m armour I almost fully heal him with one chem 😎
This healer build you have must be maxed out. But even then even with the numbers you're talking about throwing out for healing it couldn't be viable in heroic or legendary, Especially not legendary not with the NPC's now
Healer builds are very much viable. All the way through LEGENDARY just gotta play smart. If you are a true dedicated healer, they only time you shoot is for chem launcher or to proc a talent from a headshot. You aren't worried about killing anyone. I've done tons of heroic missions where I didn't get a single kill, but healed my team for 100s of millions
@@mikecochran1759 I agree man the npcs are too tough to kill and do too much damage no doubt. And difficulty always challenging as a minimum with a 4 man and heroics with a 4 man too.... They stay alive by not pushing too far in, staying together but not to close that npcs flank just enought to cover the possible flank positions and within my healing hive, we focus down npcs as a team and prioritize which npc to kill first like a rusher or a flamer or a boss.... It's not hard if you play passively and work as a unit I'll happily add you up and play with you to show you my heals are no joke ?
to be honest the enemy is way to strong for solo players, the drop rate also mostly trash items. dissapointing. plus they nerf and make exotics useless. they nerf god rolls high end items. making all ur grind go to waste. thats why so many players just stop playing anymore. i still play but just for an hour for fun. used to play for 4 hours a day. current gameplay playtime : 11 days.

Yea that’s why I took a little break. Kinda hard to farm higher difficulty when you die from two blind fire shots.

So far the only I had was not being able to access the location on my bounty within the New York area.
This is honestly the most annoying issue. Sure, NPCs being almost in good mode is annoying as well; yet spending hours in a game focusing on getting loot to become better, more effective, and or capable and then the loot quality being poor is the real frustration. It’s frustration due to my time being invested not having a good return of investment. I hope they fix this ASAP

It’s the tuning of the 3+ man groups that’s the problem that I’m seeing. The NPC health Scaling is the main problem like you and they said.
It’s pretty stupid when it’s easier to do a heroic on my own then with a group my build seriously 4 tap the strongest guys when I’m in a group it’s like 20
I'm running a 4 2 true patriot and I'm still squish only way to survive is my riot shield with max city and 60% cd runs fine in dz
People are losing paid-for content(season caches) in de dark zones. No words from the devs/ubi on how they will rectify this. Unacceptable.
So does anyone know on Xbox is the loot pool the same for everyone? I’ve been running in a random groups and loots dropping next thing I know the loots gone then I noticed on the boss drop a teammate was standing there and picks up my loot! This happens on heroic and challenging.
I'm a console pleb, but ever since the update for warlords I'm having very bad rendering issues. Most of the time I have to stand still and let the world slowly load in before I can play. Issac off sync, missing audio, npc's shooting me but not loaded in

We need to have NPC's balanced before we even think about getting speed running into the conversation as far as rewards go. I agree that hard difficulty feels fair.

Uhh maybe there’s so many damage builds because there’s a majority of solo players who can’t run healers or tanks as much...
Or because damage is the best built type atm due to the pvp ttk and pve damage output and health being so wack with scaling.
My take is that most exotic weapons are pretty weak. Like the lady death smg. Small mag low damage yes it gets a 60% damage increase but even with that my max rolled Aug does around 10k more damage and has a bigger mag and higher ceit chance because u can put mods on. I did calculate the 60% damage increase of the lady death. It is like I said 10k less damage plus less crit and small mag. See goes for the chameleon very low damage and it gets that huge damage buff but it still has less damage then another assault rifles I use. Plus the range on other assault rifles is a lot longer so less damage drop off. The named weapons and gear seems mostly pretty powerful thought. Most exotics are just pretty weak tbh.
With the Warlord of New York DLC feels that they buffed the enemy’s damage and some enemies are now acting as a bulletsponge for new players and you got your ass whooped several times before you can kill every enemy in PVE and feels like that they nerfed the armour...
It would be worth to go into Heroic if the Loot would be worth it. Its better to run 3x on Challenging then 1 on Heroic. "If the Juice is not worth the squeeze" ;)

I swear these mission difficulties are seriously overly difficult, like try doing federal reserve dunker on heroic the end is nearly impossible to beat, the game is seriously unbalanced why is it that they take 5 mags to kill and we take 5 bullets, in a cramped room full of suicide bombers tank rushers and guys with guns that can down u in less then a second, please tell me where is the balance when they think of this shit, these devs must have their heads firmly planted up their ass
Ubisoft wants us to farm for god rolls like we always have the time for that. This game does not give u any type of good loot. How can we do any challenging or heroic missions or strongholds and we barley get any gear as it is. It sucks

You know this is what I have a problem with, If after the season is done they're going to roll the mask into the loot pool then what is the point of running the season? In the Diablo 3 they have seasons as well and you run those seasons to get high end legendary gear that you can't get elsewhere in the game and after that season is done you can't get it ever again. There is the Built-in incentive to run the season. What actually is the incentive to run the season in division 2 if everything you get pretty much from the season you can just get later on In the normal game.
mike Cochran Good point. One person recommended that they should do like Destiny 1. Earn this currency that you can use in missions to increase your chances of earning an exotic. And they stack so you can use 15 of them to increase your chances, but might not get nothing.
Uhh false? The legendaries get added to the loot pool after the season. The incentive is having them during current meta and the customization shit you get per season.

I have to disagree hard is challenging and challenging is heroic its ridiculous how OP the NPC'S are I have a great build and I still get dropped by reds and purple NPC'S

OK I just got to the point in the video were you talked about people running healer builds. Healer builds are not viable at all for anything higher than may be hard difficulty. A healer build for higher than hard difficulty needs to be able to heal a person through millions of points of damage And right now that is just not possible. Plus if you're going against black tusk your heals are limited because they're tossing EMPs which basically stop you from healing altogether. There are no abilities to physically heal someone in the game you have to use devices. And since there's no way to stop an EMP from working except for shooting it and since you get EMP'd when war dogs explode team healing is just not a real thing in this game. I wish it was a real thing in this game but it's just not. In order to attempt to even be a healer in this game you need to go all 6 yellow and pretty much give up all your weapon damage and since armor really doesn't matter in the game either stacking armor doesn't work either and you basically go down because of flanking enemies. And because you're a squishy, Do no damage, And will probably die before the rest of your team because of flanking enemies that you of course can't kill, And of course once you're down no healing is happening on top of EMP drops and not being able to heal through millions of the DPS points of damage, This is why unfortunately healing is not a thing in this game.
Healer builds are viable. my chem does 1.2m on hit and 200k on ticks and my hive does 334k per stim hitting you, the trick is to apply the heal before your teammates actually need it....also my friend has a tank shield build sitting at 1.8m armour I almost fully heal him with one chem 😎
What difficulty? And how are you staying alive in order to administer these heals. And the armor in this game is a joke until they adjust the NPC's
This healer build you have must be maxed out. But even then even with the numbers you're talking about throwing out for healing it couldn't be viable in heroic or legendary, Especially not legendary not with the NPC's now
Healer builds are very much viable. All the way through LEGENDARY just gotta play smart. If you are a true dedicated healer, they only time you shoot is for chem launcher or to proc a talent from a headshot. You aren't worried about killing anyone. I've done tons of heroic missions where I didn't get a single kill, but healed my team for 100s of millions
@@mikecochran1759 I agree man the npcs are too tough to kill and do too much damage no doubt. And difficulty always challenging as a minimum with a 4 man and heroics with a 4 man too.... They stay alive by not pushing too far in, staying together but not to close that npcs flank just enought to cover the possible flank positions and within my healing hive, we focus down npcs as a team and prioritize which npc to kill first like a rusher or a flamer or a boss.... It's not hard if you play passively and work as a unit I'll happily add you up and play with you to show you my heals are no joke ?

to be honest the enemy is way to strong for solo players, the drop rate also mostly trash items. dissapointing. plus they nerf and make exotics useless. they nerf god rolls high end items. making all ur grind go to waste. thats why so many players just stop playing anymore. i still play but just for an hour for fun. used to play for 4 hours a day. current gameplay playtime : 11 days.

This games a joke spent months farming for gear and mods to make a build I like then take a few months out to play something else and wait for more content to drop only to log back in and have all my talents vanish from my gear pieces and all my mod be converted into garbage and now I’m experiencing all this purple drop nonsense at higher level difficulty missions

Should be. You shouldn't go into the DZ and get Assault rifled to death every second. If it's harder to rob other players now it means the balance is working
@@Fiveyin lol they all hide behind their shield and kill you in one rifle shot or let their buddies do it for them. The only decent builds in the DZ are dps builds because what is 1.6 or 2 million armour worth if I can bodyshot you fir over three million with a rifle and then keep doing that for an entire ten rounds? There isnt balance, just people to scared to not hide behind a damage sponge so they dont have to risk getting downed.
If everyone stops complaining and use that time to practice getting better the game won't be so difficult or you can just go play Mario Kart!
Bruh, imma fucking complain if paid good money for a broken ass expansion that has more bugs than quality improvements. PVP is trash because everyone runs crit rifles/lmgs that can melt even 2 mill armour like nothing, PVE is not rewarding of any effort because loot is shit any "build" besides DPS isnt nearly as effective as DPS. You guys just think ignoring the fucking issue and playing is gonna get me the eight god rolls I need to finish my build? Especially when 12 hours of non stop heroic gring gave me LITERALLY NOTHING. Not one singular god roll or any roll above 60% of its maximum possibility. I "practiced" for two years in div1 and and another year in div2. Didnt stop them from changing everything I had learned and destroying months of hard work in favor of forcing me into a specific playstyle.
