Thanks for doing the video even though the vendors are mostly selling junk. I think players could just farm for better gear and mods then what is being sold in the vendors. The vendors haven't really sold anything decent not since that utility 10.3% skill haste mod a few weeks back.
Perfect Glass Cannon/Glass Cannon is honestly made for Snipers and Skill DPS Builds that, like me, prefer to hang back. I run a Perfect Glass Cannon build with the Artifier Hive and the Sniper Turret. I have the Hard Wired Mask, Holster, gloves, and kneepads, with The Sacrifice (Perfect Glass Cannon) and I run Hanna-U Backpack with Tech Support. I l also run the Surge Rifle and the Send-off Shotgun. I have all Headshot/Skill Haste mods.

Do the exotic pistol drop in the open world or do you still have to get the exotic components and craft like before?
Drops open world. I got it from a red in an area targeted for pistols.
